Yeah, all you need to do is not shoot the cops as they walk up. If you actually have a hostage declare it if not you guys can talk the cops will ask for your numbers, any externals etc. And then you can call negotiations off. In my opinion this is a lot better way of doing majors, not as just kill all KOS type thing.

@Loxxon Husky Why do you need someone’s name through that means? They have numbers above their head. The reason it was removed was people were doing it constantly to get names of people they didn’t have just casually not for reports, and it was causing a lot of metagaming and Fail RP problems.
