ANZUSGaming provides consideration, binding these terms as a contract, in the form of access to this website.

Access to this website will only be removed for breaches of the terms of service, breaches of any agreement made with ANZUSGaming or breaches of any game server rules/community guidelines.

Usage of the website may be restricted, or access to our game servers may be removed for any reason at the discretion of ANZUSGaming unless a contrary agreement exists.

Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this website. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this website to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

You agree to not (or attempt to) damage ANZUSGaming's services or reputation, act contrary to ANZUSGaming's objects (if published) or cause harm to any member of the community. You also agree to not act maliciously (such as trolling) towards others or in a way which deliberately tries to exploit holes in the rules, regulations and terms of ANZUSGaming.

Encouraging, enticing, financing, aiding or abetting breaches of these terms or any ANZUSGaming rules, regulations or policies by others is strictly prohibited under these terms.

You agree that, unless a contrary agreement exists, the intellectual property rights to all content, software and documents created for ANZUSGaming, provided to ANZUSGaming or made for the purpose of use within ANZUSGaming services is assigned to ANZUSGaming for exclusive use.
This is inserted to all agreements made with ANZUSGaming in relation to providing content or software unless contrary terms are explicitly stated in the agreement.
By agreeing to these terms of service, this applies to all content, software and documents provided in the past, that are presently being provided or are to be provided in the future.
ANZUSGaming may request the content, software or documents which are subject to the above terms. These must be provided in unencrypted formats.

In agreeing to these terms and service you also agree to (without limiting the above paragraph) give unlimited license (which cannot be ended) to the use and redistribution of any content, software and documents which are created for ANZUSGaming, provided to ANZUSGaming or used by ANZUSGaming on their services.

As a member of the ANZUSGaming Community you agree to not publish any confidential conversations with staff. This includes discussions with Senior Management or Lead Team which are not explicitly stated as for publication or sharing (including where other parties are present during the discussions), any preliminary decisions on reports made and any other material which staff declare is confidential (whether before, at the time of, or after the conversation). ANZUSGaming may take legal action for publication of confidential conversations. All discussions involving Senior Management or Lead Team are presumed to be confidential. All conversations with ANZUSGaming Legal or about ANZUSGaming legal affairs are presumed to be confidential. 'Conversations'/'discussions' include all correspondence and other material involved. You may not share the conversation, provide summaries of conversations or provide any information discovered due to knowledge of confidential information.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this website.

ANZUSGaming reserves the right to enforce the terms of service, community rules and server rules. Lack of enforcement does not prejudice ANZUSGaming against future enforcement. ANZUSGaming may still enforce future breaches despite any lack of action in the past. ANZUSGaming may chose to delay enforcement for breaches if they deem such an action satisfactory.

If you are under the age of 18, you have the permission of a parent or guardian to access ANZUSGaming services, including our website, and your parents agree to the terms of service on your behalf. (which will now bind both yourself and your parent or guardian)

You agree to abide by all Community rules and guidelines. Such rules and guidelines may be updated at any time by ANZUSGaming without notification. After such a change you have 10 days to dispute any changes. (Excluding server rules but including Staff Rules and Agreements) In such an event ANZUSGaming Legal and you will negotiate for an alternate agreement. If no agreement can be reached you may chose to relinquish membership of ANZUSGaming services. Alternatively, after negotiation, Arbitration may be entered, at the cost of yourself, to determine if the changes are reasonable. If the changes are reasonable they will apply to you, if not the change will not apply to you.

These terms of service may be updated at any time by ANZUSGaming without notification. After such a change you have 30 days to dispute any changes. (Excluding server rules but including Staff Rules and Agreements) In such an event ANZUSGaming Legal and you will negotiate for an alternate agreement. If no agreement can be reached you may chose to relinquish membership of ANZUSGaming services. Alternatively, after negotiation, Arbitration may be entered, at the cost of yourself, to determine if the changes are reasonable. If the changes are reasonable they will apply to you, if not the change will not apply to you.  - This clause does not apply if the member reads the new terms of service and continues to access ANZUSGaming Services without complaint OR if the members agrees either verbally or in writing to the new terms of service.
