Changed it a few months ago. They have a delay between shots as I said so it’s slower than a pistol.

TEC should be included in this change to Class 1 because it's just dogshit, delay between shots and cops can counter it with an MPX just because it still requires an SMG firing pin for some reason. Not really worth using but at-least for those that have them they aren't facing much superior guns for using something almost below a pistol.

Hoping that the people mentioning their "crafting XP" are ignored, the benefit of the server would be to do this for interactions, if this isn't done purely because people grinded out crafting then we'll be stuck in this position.
I believe this is the real way forward, everything in the current workbench should be spread out between the gangs with workbenches giving each gang a few more things to offer and 1-2 more gangs the opportunity to gain a bench. I want a reason to buy/sell/trade with other gangs. This plus a material change is a huge step towards moving towards roleplay interactions, as opposed to right now - which has been said many times already - there is near zero reasons to interact past basic roleplay or talking to a mechanic/restaurant employees.
Only concern is to make sure the spread is fair so each gang still has SOMETHING GOOD to offer, so if one gang has a several great weapon blueprints, they should have to go elsewhere for heavy body armour or heist supplies like thermite, charges etc or other things that they may require.

Could be a good addition but maybe rather than it being purchasable or craftable make them a little rarer like from house robberies or something. I personally prefer seeing someone being held up with their hands above their head or something of the sort compared to robbing someone and instantly restraining like it's arma taking away the hostages participation in the situation (no longer able to walk on their own or get into a vehicle, not able to emote or depending how the situation plays out, not able to get involved in an escape or fight). Seeing them occasionally would be good but often; I feel like takes it the wrong route.

The weapon itself isn't worth using over the DB right now because of it's lack of full auto, you still face all the cons with it due to how previously worked (Class 2 charge, Police can respond with MPX, has a little more kick than the DB, Almost the same amount of parts as a DB but with a 30k price tag on top as-well as having to get a firing pin, list goes on).

No idea how the weapon handling can be edited but what might be a good middle-ground is it can be full auto in vehicles and outside but in the car only the weapon could have a larger spread when in full auto.
So outside the car the weapon would work as normal full auto or semi whatever they choose but in the car it has the increased spread in full auto to make it fairly inaccurate. Not sure of the good middle-ground as soon enough there will be other Machine Pistol/SMGs around that can be fired from vehicles (TEC, UZI, AP/Glock 18C and whatever else). I can see how it would be frustrating as a cop but at the same time this sounds more like an issue with specific criminals or groups being too quick to shoot possibly or alternatively the officers (depending the situation of course) if they don't pick up on the threat of a criminal with it. Charges could be increased for C2s depending how common but that's a whole other topic.

It's just generally not a good idea not at the current time atleast.
Starting off by saying, I obviously don't know cop numbers or activity so read my take with that in mind.
However, from my perspective it seems like there has been a fair number of police lately in the last week or so. In the previous weeks I would have agreed but in the last week; the times I interacted with police there has been enough to deal with most situations I've witnessed and even just a good number patrolling. Of course all that depends on time zone as-well.
I can see where you are coming from if that is all PD has but I imagine in the next while the police armoury will have some kind of adjustments with some of the changes that have happened recently with weapon blueprints being accessible.
Balancing wise though, basing it from the population of a faction just seems a bad option for a few reasons. One of the main concerns I'd have would be that if this decision was made until more cop numbers were gained and THEN it changed the police would have the power to just not clock-in or complain for a while until the change is reverted and repeat the cycle because they dislike it (rather than it actually being an issue).
I cannot say how often police are shot but it seems it's more of an issue with certain groups then if it is that common or again certain officers doing something to warrant being shot. I just rarely see shootouts with police or have been involved with them. Kind-of echoing my above response to Ryan.

They are a thing already although there is no category for them, you have to search. Can search "Handshake" for example and it will prompt the closest player to join the emote.

How did you loose the item you are requesting compensation for: : Purchased a bunch of furniture for the apartment, spend around 9k total, unfortunately logging on after restart majority of it was gone and some of the ones that remained are in different spots than where they were placed at the end.

How did you loose the item you are requesting compensation for: : Explained in ticket and bug report submitted and was told to post on forums to make it easier. I did a coke run and after reaching the boat section, the boat spawned in the middle of a road not working, tried that boat and each boat in the area and nothing would progress the job. Additionally due to the damage I purchased the 5k repair kit which didn't work too.
Either the run (6 bricks) or if not possible the following:
7.5k for Job
5k for Repair Kit (which turns out to not work on boats and is single use)
