Describe your character: Herman Cheng came from lands far far away. He just flew in not too long ago from Los Santos. He studied Medicine, due to this he got quite a bit of experience working as an Ambulance worker. His goal was to eventually train new medics. He really enjoyed flying in the Air Ambulance. So Herman decided to look around for new opportunities. There he then came across Texas AMR, which immediately interested him. So he applied.
How many hours per week will you be dedicating to the AMR: Just about everyday

Why do you want to join the AMR (100 words minimum): I would like to join the AMR because I want to help people that are in need. I like helping people because I feel like it's a good way of getting to know many new people and what they are into. Joining the AMR will help me develop new skills and techniques. I would like to join the AMR to join the reduction of injuries and deaths that will arise in these lands. I would like to make texas a better and safer place to roam around freely. Having me in the AMR will make sure that I can use past techniques and skills to help other members of the AMR in the near future. I think what makes my applications special to other applicants is that I am a good team worker and I get stuff done if given to me. I listen to my higher ups and follow commands or orders given to me as best as I can.
What qualities should a good AMR member have (50 words minimum): There is a lot a member of the AMR does. But to keep it short but still in some detail, i'll name a few major tasks. The first task is to uphold the positive reputation of the department. The second task is that all members need to know and follow the Sops. Another task a member of the KMD will be undertaking, is that they are willing to help anyone regardless of who they are.
Why do you think you fit the role of a full-time AMR member (50 words minimum): I think that I fit the role of a full time AMR member, because I will be an active member. I have a lot of experience when it comes to being a medic from other similar cities, with most of my ranks and positions being within the senior/supervisory. I know my 10 codes pretty well. I can respond to situations and calls pretty fast. If i'm given a task i will try my best to complete it in a good and fast manner. I have not been kicked out of any medic department as of yet. If I make a mistake, I do my best not to repeat that same mistake.
