I think the L plates without the rules attached is a good idea.

I feel like if most gangs knew it was a new player who had just started on the server then they would not even bother robbing them. Having enforced rules stating they can't be robbed for x time however feels very stupid and feels like it just removes the threat that every other civilian faces.

Also would the L plates be voided in a KoS zone or can they freely process in a gang hideout without being touched?
