Honestly the HUD in the trailer looks hands down way better then the one we've currently gotten in 6.6 release. Just by comparing the two it's night and day which one is the more appealing. Me personally i don't see the reason for having the percentage amount of health, water and food, it covers up the icons and makes the HUD way more nicer.
Yes adding numbers gives the player the exact amount but really why does that matter, it just makes the HUD look
clunky and to put it plainly shit.
It also doesn't help that the percentage number colour matches the icon's colour, making it difficult to read. Another thing i would like to bring up is the background opacity, in the trailer it's way less jarring, smoothly fading into Florida and i believe matches perfectly with the simplistic look i think ANZUS is trying to go for. One thing i've noticed while playing is that the TFAR panel on the bottom right gets obstructed from view with the new HUD, especially hindering the Police and i imagine Civilians too.
Last thing I'll like to say is add back the icon for when your seat belt is on or not, for example being red or yellow for not buckled in and white for when you are, defaulting to white or vanishing when not in a vehicle. If you believe the percentages should stay, at least give the player the option to remove the percentage. DayZ wants their HUD back🤣.

Solution on how to make this work?: Revert the changes back to the HUD shown in the 6.6 trailer or give the player the option to remove it.

    Pros & Cons?:

pros: Good looking HUD plain and simple.

cons: Some players will complain about not seeing the NUMBERS!

  3. This would make firefights a lot more difficult and realistic which i'm all for but the problem is a lot of the PvP players would dislike this and whom are the majority of the playerbase for AG.

Still though a Man can dream. +1
