  1. +1 Dont wait for 7.5 please 😧

Unless 7.5 is like a month or so out. Cause lets be real, its 5/18 and we are 7.2. I think a mega update, map change, change it to 7.5 and get back on track would be nice. Put blood diamond back on an island, give CG something to do/but allow CID and spec ops, to count towards gather amount and go with CG, remove border, and balance the distance of all the runs to be almost all equal, look at coal, and iron, its HORRIBLE. Make it actually OKAY. I low key like the maps with circles. Look at 3.0 or montana, great maps. Lets do it again!

  2. Big reason I dont do too much illegal stuff. I cant cope with time lost. NGL ive always felt this way, but BACK then cops were cooler and I would go to jail most of the time no joke like 15 mins maybe 20 without talking to cid, then talk to cid and go for like 9 mins or ticket and class 3 removal. Nowadays, ive gotten railed each time I get arrested, creates a negative connotation every time I possible have interactions with cops.

I hear whoever the colonel is of PD wants to INCREASE JAIL TIMES AND STACK CHARGES. Idk who the head of PD is? I think I saw peter clark being like top dog in PD within like a month or two of returning(IDK how thats possible, takes like 2 months to go from border to swat ABSOLUTE BEST LINEUPS OF OPENINGS in LOIS)? My man got corrupted since he took a long ass break, if thats his actual opinion, remove him. Also, let cops be lenient with time served. I spend times roleplaying with cops for like 20 mins letting them have there fun, and I still go in for a long sentence. Cause "oh no I cant do time served" just makes me shut my mic off from now on so I can use my time as good as possible.

What would be the point of it being at someones warehouse then, whats the point of the "raid" if you're not raiding and taking items from the opposing players.

Spawning in MORE class 3's without LOSING class 3's is what I was talking about in my first response to you, "I don't wanna lose anything" mindset. You want to bring MORE weapons and MORE into the pool when this major is to MONEY SINK and TAKE, it is a high risk, high reward major. With all the gangs going to the major atleast 7+ people will lose their kits as 8v8v8v8 will lead to multiple gangs being wiped till the last remain.

Your logic would take away from the "raid" aspect and instead just bringing a crate to the defending parties front door for them to just wait inside and hold and eventually just either kill everyone and lose nothing bcz if they dont die and hide locked away they wont even lose a single weapon, and if they win they gain more weapons without losing a single thing.

It makes no sense spawning more class 3's in and taking none away, the whole point of the raid is to RAID and TAKE from that defending gang.

I mean, I hope you know most gangs dont even keep the guns in the warehouse? Its all personal. Especially if this is implemented. So how will you feel when youi raid it and get no guns?

  4. Just now, Jake Vercettii said:

takes 20+ hours of their effort??? when did I ever say it would take 5mill worth of items??????

Brother you're not reading whatsoever. 10 GUNS IS SO CHEAP, AN HK IN REBEL SHOP COST 18K AND BUYING FROM CRAFTERS IS USUALLY EVEN CHEAPER.

10 Guns from a gang warehouse IS NOT going to hinder a crafter or combat gang AT ALL. Nobody is stealing your OUTRAGEOUS 1mil+ pickaxe, nobody is touching your diamond axe dude. If you read my full suggestion you can see that this would replace the Evidence Locker major MEANING, only guns would be taken and if the raiding party were to choose money it wouldn't be money from the gangs gang bank, it would generated as a regular major payout BUT also allowing for a money sink by class 3's being lost by kits and people dying.

If you're grinding 200+ hours 10 GUNS ARE NOT GOING TO HURT YOU AT ALL.

Im fine with guns being spawned like a transport truck, etc. Or even just giving % gang bank. Im just kinda making sure I mention, cause I wouldnt even call it a raid atp. Cause if you arent taking items from the warehouse then I have no issue.

You came onto this suggestion that I took my time to think of and type out for the community, didn't read it, and then put out a "-1/+1" without knowing anything I said. Please don't sit here and waste time, I wrote it out and thought of all the balances and you didn't even take a few seconds to read over the small 12 bullet points that covered your entire argument, that is ignorant and just crazy.

Actually I wrote an entire paragraph completely -1ing it, then I read the whole thing and editted it. "The whole i shouldnt be allowed to lose anything" attitude literally cannot and wont dissapear. Because you do not deserve 5mill worth of items by raiding a shed of people that spend a combined 200+ hours when you put forward maybe a combine 4 hours to raid the shed. It is not deserved. It will create an entirely toxic community, that is already losing a lot of grinders and stopping a lot of people from playing till next wipe cause people wanna rob every single run, counting legal runs. People that quit cause they keep nerfing shit. I can name like 30 people that would be playing hundreds of hours a week, but dont cause people like this not only forcing shit, but the server being a grind fest. So lets imagine they were actually playing rn and you raid the warehouse and take 20+ hours of their effort, you think theyre gonna continue playing? No. the population will go down EVEN more than what it ALREADY has.

Regardless of this ^^ I am FOR IMPLEMENTING MORE GANG V GANG PVP. If the gang consents. And they probably will, especially if the defending gang wont go to jail. Cause i can tell you, most people dont like doing majors, cause the 20+ jail sentence, the 20min setup and other BS that can happen, like it getting stolen, etc. I WOULD ACCEPT WARS, and incentivize people to fight, but im not losing millions of shit to some kids that *BONK* I WANT PVP

  6. +1. As long as the gang warehouse is getting raided with the consent by accepting a war invite, etc. Shouldnt be able to just raid or attack any shed, etc. And im ngl I aint really reading all that but the civs warehouse getting raided should not lose anything at all. And cops cant be allowed to use the defending gang using class 3s to defend as a reason to create a warrant, because there are cops that would do that. I also think that the attacking gang cannot bring more than the amount the civs defending have present.

  7. ORRRR HOW ABOUT THIS!!!! INCREASE THE PAYOUT OF EVERY OTHER MAJOR INSTEAD OF THE ONES DONE THE MOST!!! LETS NOT PUNISH ANYONE!!! THANK YOU!!! -1111

  8. just saying, these mafia guys saying "oh we want it, we want more responsibility" ETC. You dont. The best mafia leaders and command/group in general got sick of it. And they were on nearly 24.7. I cant imagine how you guys would appreciate the beratement for being inactive, or "youre taking too long" ETC. because it WILL happen. I promise the people doing the majors will obv choose the higher money. But come week 2 when theres no mafia member to instantly help them, hell or me if I do a major. Theyre gonna be mad and im not gonna be too happy. You do not want the server to rely on you, its not a good weight on your shoulders. I think ultimately you should be talking SMT into taking away port contracts, and ACTUALLY going out and advertising your guys side hustles, etc. And make some suggestions for something NEW, not old that failed.

Well think why they are inactive. they dont have any main job to do. the casino was sooo lake of people and nobody came, and blueking was a trend and went down with the time. I was Mafia in those days

I promise, im getting involved with mafia. They have things they do, you just do not know of it. They have PLENTY to do on top of their casino. Im ngl, the way you need to find out about it, is STUPID. But they have ways.

  10. -1. It doesnt REALLY affect performance THAT much. Can you tell? Yes. But you cant limit plants. Cause people plant like 500 then gather and drop ont he floor to optimize runs, etc.  Cant do this

  11. I mean youre gonna go to jail, thats it. But I do think that there should be the same thing as in olympus where you can gather garbage or something to reduce your sentence.

  12. revert the bank near doc to what it was in 3.0 greenville. Its shit rn, never done, was legitimately balanced back then. Some dev just wanted to be quirky and unique and update it. Major has been ass ever since and noone likes it with the vent shit.

  13. I 100% trust that anon reports arent BS. At least when they go through, I would HOPE that only SLT and SMT review them. Hell maybe even just SMT, cause sorry but SLT sometimes dont even know stuff, and not everyone is on the same page. Anon reports are 100% needed. Cause just look in official gang discord all the stuff posted and chatted/shittalked there.

I havent gotten banned in over like 2 years, like 3 prob if you dont count my RFC which was debatable. I played 1 solid month of florida and 1 on kamdan. Ive put damn near 600 hours prob into texas now and i dont think ive been reported once. Only questionable situation was me killing tariq and corgi I think at conflict when it was concluded. So they couldnt f1 or keep kits. So I drove to rebel, bought cpr and revved them. Its fairly easy to not get banned.

But although I do not believe the statistic of 90+% of players have never recieved a ban, cause thats also counting 2 hour Tommy. and 80 hour Howard. Easily 70% of people that actually PLAY get a ban or a warning at some point. And you just live and learn. I promise at this point if you have over say 1k hours on the server. You literally have to intentionally and willingly break rules or blatantly be a shitter in support/completely refuse to drop the ego and comp/apologize to get points/a ban.

  14. I remember way back when, when cops actually used tactics. They would win that push like 40% of the time low estimate. You only lose when your cops play stupid, then get egos and roach. Its a winnable push. I have led majors to win that push, and have seen like 3 cops push 4 people up there and win. Preserve utility, or zerg.

Removing the restriction on shooting through windows, walls, or doors at major crime locations, except for the interior windows of the decagon major crime, is a step towards enhancing gameplay dynamics and realism within the gaming environment. Here's why this rule should be reconsidered and potentially removed completely, except for instances where modded buildings or custom game modes dictate otherwise, especially considering the mechanics already present in vanilla Arma 3.

Firstly, realism and immersion are paramount in many gaming experiences, particularly those that aim to simulate real-world scenarios like military operations or law enforcement. In real-life situations, bullets can penetrate certain materials, including windows, walls, and doors, depending on factors such as bullet caliber and material thickness. Allowing players to shoot through these objects adds a layer of authenticity to the gameplay, making it more engaging and believable.

Moreover, removing the restriction on shooting through barriers promotes strategic thinking and tactical decision-making among players. It encourages them to utilize the environment to their advantage, whether by seeking cover behind penetrable objects or by employing suppression tactics to pin down enemies hiding behind cover. This enhances the depth and complexity of gameplay, fostering a more dynamic and rewarding experience for players.

Furthermore, the presence of mechanics allowing penetration through certain objects with specific caliber guns in vanilla Arma 3 demonstrates that the game engine is capable of handling such features. By aligning the gameplay mechanics with the capabilities of the game engine, developers can ensure consistency and coherence within the gaming experience, minimizing confusion and frustration among players.

Additionally, removing arbitrary restrictions on shooting through barriers fosters creativity and innovation within the gaming community. It empowers players to experiment with different tactics and strategies, leading to emergent gameplay experiences that keep the game fresh and exciting over time. This encourages player retention and community engagement, ultimately benefiting the longevity and success of the game.

While some may argue that maintaining the restriction adds balance to the game, it's important to consider that balance can be achieved through other means, such as weapon balancing, map design, and objective distribution. By focusing on these aspects rather than artificially limiting gameplay mechanics, developers can create a more balanced and enjoyable experience for all players.

In conclusion, removing the rule against shooting through windows, walls, or doors at major crime locations, except for the interior windows of the decagon major crime, is a step towards enhancing realism, depth, and creativity within the gaming environment. By embracing the capabilities of the game engine and empowering players to leverage the environment to their advantage, developers can create a more immersive and engaging experience that resonates with players and sustains the longevity of the game.

  16. Type of Suggestion?: (e.g. server suggestion, server rule suggestion.) server suggestions

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: (try use an example of what has happened in-game) IDK who thought contracts that were majority of the time underneath like 130% besides maybe 1 refresh every other day you might get lucky was too op. This is WAY TOO MUCH. I think it should stay you can grab contracts, when you want BUT can get like 5 to 10% better contracts and cheaper fees if you talk to the port person, we need to stop forcing this interaction. You can make upwards of like 80k an hour doing moonshine(Thats not counting the new illegal contracts). Tell me how steel contracts is stupid overpowered when at best you can make 28k an hour absolute best efficiency using burgers. WITH a 155% contract. I havent seen a contract over like 140% since the change and now I havent seen one over 131% in like 4 days personally.

https://gyazo.com/ddf6788e8c5d5cd0f27edd0743474166 this is more than 2 1/2 hours, of work doing legal stuff to make 52k.
I can make 45k in 1 truck of moonshine. which is less than a hour.

I really think that we need to implement the reputation thing at the port so after doing like 50 contracts, you can start to get the opportunity to consistent 140s and stuff

also more port people need to be hired.

Solution on how to make this work?^

Pros & Cons?: pros: idk people have a reputation to grind for with trader, etc. cons: oh no, people can make 28k an hour getting 155% contracts again finally vs doing moonshine for 80k an hour.

  17. +1. But I only agree it should be a thing like so. Extends your contract 24 extra hours. But costs like 40k. You still need to get punished a little for messing up and biting off more than you can chew.
