Border has made DOC 10x more cancer and unenjoyable they find any little reason to not let you pass, or just be aids as possible then cry when initiated on. 99% of the time they just shit in the towers and just never peak letting everyone bleed. Back in the old PD this would be cowardice so I dont know why DOC fell off so hard but Remove the border or move the detention facility it ruins us getting across because yall made it impossible for us to get across the border lol. or even buy class 3s on the other side.

    Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: (try use an example of what has happened in-game) The current status of the blur that is currently at conflict is insane and shouldn't be as bad as it is. Should be reduced because the current status just looks terrible. The blur was made so people can't sit on smoke cannisters but this happens already and will always happen. Make it where name tags are more visible in smoke or just at conflict in general. At the current status that it is at if they are within 5 meters of you sometimes you can't even see their numbers and it's just RNG on if you see their numbers or they see ur numbers/ you first and vice versa. Also, the thickness of the smoke that is at conflict is entirely way to thick if people are gonna roach on smoke cannisters this makes it way to easy for them as they're completely engulfed and nearly impossible to see through. (probs a skill issue on my side)

    Solution on how to make this work?:Lower the blur making it look less blobby and more like an actual blur. (if its already like this picture then ignore im just dumb)image.thumb.png.ad89169c8dc63e0e6b059993e03a98fe.png

    Change the thickness of the smoke that is currently at conflict
    Change the way numbers appear at conflict (size,visibility) something of these sorts

  5. As someone that made some of the caps alongside some others

    Makes a new server for mass conflict or a popup server for conflict
    we make caps and they get put in the server incorrectly 
    Let some of us cap makers place the caps how they're supposed to be placed on the main server that way there is less things in the floor
    Make it so the player base has people that have input on changes for conflict(not just adding scripts that aren't needed)
    People are capable of voting on which caps they want( like map votes from other servers)
    More diversity at conflict.

    Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: (try use an example of what has happened in-game) Currently there is terrible fps for most people at majors there are several ways to change this and make it more playable.

    Solution on how to make this work?:Optimize the nearby places near the majors, get rid of undeeded trees, buildings, etc. Make it where majors are moved away from highly congested places there is no need to have so many majors in one spots that shouldn't be.

    Get rid of the Kuruma smokes and make it where it is randon on if you get one (pops up top right of your screen, if you pull one then make it where u get one)
    fix the farming (if this is a reason there is fps drops put a limit on how many can be placed in  a certain area to many crops are just sitting there for hours and it has to do something to the server)
    Remove crops after 1 hour

    Pros & Cons?:
    Pros: People=happy, better quality playing, More enjoyable
    Cons: Not really any.

  7. Make Ghost Hotel a capture point which gives reduced prices and more weapons in your rebel shop for example

    Magpul Masada -added
    M4a1 Tac-Current price -25%
    Same with most guns
    Long Range Scopes(Not the extremely op ones)
    capabilities to unload New transport (require certain amount of Swat if possible)
    Unloading armory transport/ adding a new truck at ghost hotel would give you better c3s
    If you have armory and Ghost Hotel you should get even more of a buff 


    As a SWAT member you should get a bigger boost on paychecks
    When unloading the new truck (if added)
    The one unloading it should get 45k (or depends on amount of civilians on/cops)
    This is because the truck is going to be a win win for both sides making people want to fight it more adding more fights to mexico.

    Another suggestion for Mexico
    Move caps closer to each other (impossible to fight drugs if you're at armory/border because it will be done when you get there)
    Change Rewards for armory transport
    Kills in the South give warpoints
    Make a KOS weapon shop with reduced prices (can be raided by CID a few times a restart)(SWAT can go at all times)



    Add a king of the hill event that happens twice a restart
    Make it where there's a valuable drop that drops in one of the caps you have to run up to and windows key to capture/contest there will be a radius of a certain amount of meters. Best place for this to be added would be Armory and Nuclear.
    Change the rewards depending on the amount of people going to the king of the hill event and dieing in the zone. 
    Maybe make it where people can die and come back(will lower economy a little bit)
    If SWAT comes slight buff on what you receive
    Make the crate spawn in the middle of the caps so it isn't impossible to kill the person capturing the crate.
    This could also just happen anywhere in Mexico considering how open it is.
    Once the crate captured and you have died in the zone you may not come back.(if you're allowed to come back from the start of everything)

    overall in my opinion more red zone events should be added and more things should be added because of the amount of possibility there is in mexico.

    Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: (try use an example of what has happened in-game) There has been a lot of complaining amongst mutual parties about grinders, roleplayers, and combat players. I think there should be a council made of some of the known players in each group and they come together to have meetings, talk about what needs to be changed within their category. For the Combat Players you could do the most active gangs leaders/command, Someone in swat as their rep, and someone in GSU for their rep(PD side). For roleplayers do it for the leaders of mod shop and the club, The grinders whoever plays the most really. 

    Solution on how to make this work?: Make it where each party has their own council and can discuss what should be changed in their own category, they can tell the devs/SMT what they think should be changed, how, and why. It would make less complaining in discords and more mutual agreements through each other. Pretty sure this use to be a thing but if not it should be a good addition to the server.

    Pros & Cons?:
    Pros: Less arguing, Everyone gets a voice, and a lot easier to handle for SMT/DEVS

    Cons: Could be a lot of work?

    Conflict right now is terrible to play, when like 25+ people are going after the same one or two points its completely Armageddon, lots of VDM, etc Often two cap points spawn basically on top of each other and its just chaos. Revert to the 5.0 conflict, bigger zone, more cap points and if we can't fix the combat stance issue, or fire rate issue revert back to spawning at conflict rebel and getting out your own karuma. Also for the time commitment its fun, but the payouts are too low.  We played conflict twice the last few days, when we came in first got $7500 - that's for like 45 minutes of constant shooting for 6 people and the 2nd time we  came in third and received $3500. It should be a bigger  award for  more participants. Both times we have 20+ people playing in conflict. 

    Solution on how to make this work?: Make conflict a bigger zone, add different cap zones, fix combat stance and fire rate issues, increase payouts.

    Pros & Cons?: Pros: Players will be happy.

    the reward is split by how many gang members you have on and the amount of people on also what place you got.

  13. +1 as a cop main/civ conflict main more than 8 people is aids usually more at conflict or caps than anything else, but on cop more fun sometimes just depends on situation. Mostly a +1 only -1 would be maybe at certain major crimes that require a high response anyways. Or maybe max majors at 8 and knox and others that have high response at max of 10.

  14. making certain things give more money would help the economy constantly. People blame the combat players for our suggestions but the people that are just holding keybinds and talking to each other for 4 minutes are not changing anything except their bank account by just doing this for hours. Change how the economy works make it where there’s multiple viable ways to make money besides driving a truck back and forth to make the most money on the server. let combat players have a reason to want to do majors, or robberies. The only viable thing for people to do is rob runs which “ruins roleplay” for these people. But it’s the only possible way for us to make money on civilian if we want to actually be able to have fun and not just drive back and forth.Because at the moment the pistols and class 2s are the least of our worries it’s the money. It is hard to make good money on civ and it just doesn’t seem fair tbh. That people who interact with people like combat players who don’t just rob people, we talk to people constantly all day a long but have no viable reason to do anything on the server because of the cuts we receive. 

    (I’m a cop main so if something’s false just point it out)

    Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?:  Make the cap zones not so far in to Mexico so we are capable to actually fight the caps because if we are in the North by the time we get any where close to the caps they're always finished. So unless you constantly have people in mexico just sitting there then there is no way to fight caps in a fast enough time. Or Just make it where you have cap longer so that we are capable of fighting the caps and not just back capping 24/7.

    Solution on how to make this work?: Make Cap zones closer to the border/ different location, or make the capping time longer.

    Pros: More fights, Less Back Capping, and actually capable to be able to have fun at caps again.

    Cons: People actually have to fight zones.

    This is going to make people lose interest in any type of majors or combat with their class 3's because of the price they're being set at 
    Do one major with 4 people half the cut you make isn't even profit because it goes straight to the guns you just had to buy. Just because people are already lvl 70+ doesn't mean they're going to craft people weapons most crafters are going to worry about their gangs and themselves like it should be. Just make it where crafting is good for making normal class 3's and higher tier class 3s but don't make people have to go up to people and buy guns off them for obsurd prices. You already know how this went in 4.0 just because it is "easier" to craft doesn't mean it is a great idea. Because civs will start making their own prices and the people that are higher up in crafting are just going to set the standard of those prices which IMO will make the rich even richer and people that have been trying to get class 3's. Civ ran ecos will probably just ruin the whole economy because of the prices that they can set. Which will be whatever the crafters desire. Some people will start selling cheaper then realize that people are buying more and more from others and the prices will start to rise because they get greedy for money. Crafting is just isn't a viable option for people to get class 3's. Please just don't make the same mistake as 4.0 because it will get really stale and its just going to be very boring because of how much grinding people have to do just to get one class 3.  We are all just looking to have fun on anzus again and not have to grind and not interact with anyone because we are just doing back and forth trips to do some runs to get a viable way of money to buy the class 3s. It has been two weeks the economy is set adding class 3's like they were before won't really ruin anything unless they are added in the wrong way.
