Why do you want to join the AMR (100 words minimum): I would like to join the AMR because I want to give something back to society and the best way I believe I can do this is by helping people in their times of need. I have always had a deep interest in the emergency services and I believe thsi would be the career for me. I have gone from place to place and have a good skill set, I even have past experience of working in a medical service and understand the huge amount of responsibility. On a personal level, I myself have needed assistance in the past and that is what has inpred me to put in my application for the AMS.
What qualities should a good AMR member have (50 words minimum): In terms of qualities a good AMR member should be able to listen to others and process what they are saying and meaning, even in high stakes scenarios. They should also be able to show compassion to those who may be goingthrough the worst time of their life. Furthermore, a good member should be able to adapt to situations in real time and accept a challenge.
Why do you think you fit the role of a full-time AMR member (50 words minimum): I believe I would be suitable for the role as I have past experience so I should be able to adapt more quick. I am able to listen and keep up effective communcation while being able to perform tasks and have a deep passion for being there for others in their time of need. I understand the huge respinsibility I will be undertaking and will try my best to achieve a positive outcome. I also believe I have a decent sense of humour and am generally a chilled out person.
