Plea deals should be removed and just keep it a minimum- to max sentencing. Unless a lawyer is involved. Sgt+ should no longer give plea deals . Instead depending on how the person acts. If they cooperate they get minimum. And the more the are un cooperative then time can be extended by 5months from minimum per misconduct up to maximum sentence. Time extension has to be approved by SGT+. This would help increase attorney role play at DOC.
