    Grounds for Appeal (Why should it be overturned): The reason why it should be overturned is we where messing around and also the person that reported me was a off duty cop as well ex Command, as so he also was playing around to this he should of got off the roof even told many times to leave the border roof he didn't care and then after that sit he then made threats towards my career and then said *I'm going to report you to alshiq fatarra and James Chappers* but also from this I believe we both where messing around and actions toward the both of us where shocking but I know what I did wrong as so the person also did the same as well seeing this I want to make progress within CBP and I wish I could turn back but sadly I can't so I want to start a new leaf at this and I want to change for the better and progress among the ranks, to this I have never been given points before and I will say I have made some small mistakes here and their but I want to Properly change for the best.

    How many hours per week will you be dedicating to the FFR: 10 hours per week depending on work.

    Why do you want to join the FFR(100 words minimum): The reason why I want to apply for for Florida Fire & Rescue services is I want to get more experience within the service and learn more about the operations and what I can do within the fleet, however I want to focused on my work and try my best with skills that I have as such I have communication skills and teamwork and also leadership. But from this I want to experience the US side of things seeing as I'm British but from that I can dedicate time for trainings, assessments and much more, as besides that I want to set goals within the unit and be part of a team that can handle more stressful and playful scenarios. 

    What qualities should a good FFR member have (50 words minimum): well a FFR member should show some set of skills like be able to talk and communicate with other people and also knowing the basic rules / directions to certain things like medical practicing or even knowing what to do on a sense of emergency as well having the basic knowledge of what tools or even better a mind set on how to handle and what to force on within the training or out their doing it for FFR. 

    Why do you think you fit the role of a full-time FFRmember (50 words minimum): The reason why I would fit for the role is I have some experience with US medical understanding but I know alot of UK medical understanding seeing as I have the knowledge I would be easy to train / communicate to as well I have set goals and one of them is to Inroll within the FFR as a member of the team as to this I have the skills and trade to help even you or others.
