What's the point of making weapons risky? Just like in real life, anyone with a 3D printer could make weapons, but making the weapon itself is illegal, that's how it should be in Anzus, you can have everything to make weapons, but making the weapon is illegal, plus any police in this topic should not say anything about this topic because they have no idea what it means to work hard to achieve something.
