  1. +1 the reputation idea / system would give way to a ton of progression for the server using the exporter, plus imagine some psychopaths eventually working their way up to do a 12k steel contract. Plus it reward those that are completing contracts in a timely manner. There could also be negatives to not completing contracts in time.
It could also work to the point where maybe you have to do it like a snow quest where you have to complete 3 earth contracts 2 rubber contracts before advancing to the next tier adding a 5-10% per mission.
Also I agree with Trick on this one dirty laundry was tried and failed in the past even when people had access to an npc that would give them their clean laundry for a lesser percentage. I definitely see history repeating itself as people will have to be reliant on the few port employees there are, which will probably lead to burnout on those employees too for being asked for all the time. I think instead of tanking the percentage and making it rely on port employees maybe instead keep the percentage at a good rate but, if you want an even higher one talk to port employees or complete a bunch of contracts with an implemented tier/progression system on exporter.

  2. +1 fish have a pretty good sell price to trader so not a whole lot of incentive to make into burgers, the fillet option would definitely make them more viable at restaurants and cause people to possibly make connections with restaurants for more profit meaning a win for everybody, more sell to restaurants = more food for people = less hunger more business and interaction. I see this as an absolute win.

  3. +1 With some of the changes and new found changes, runs, systems, etc. In the Texas update and with the resurgence of OG Anzus players I think it's crucial to get it right before the playerbase could possibly diminish (It has been poppin off btw and has been fun).

  4. Type of Suggestion?: Server Skill Suggestion
Anzus, for a lot of people that name can mean different things, combat, majors, life simulator but, I think one thing that is notorious on Anzus are runs. No matter what you find yourself doing at some point in time you will probably find yourself doing a run. Die in combat, do a run, Lost a major, do a run; Need to craft guns? Do multiple runs. All of these things stem back to making money, items, exp and how do you get these things? RUNS, whether they are in backpacks, planes, or trucks.
One thing that I love about Anzus that I don’t really see a whole lot in other games, cities, etc. Is the ability to progress and make these runs more efficient through the use of perks, skill levels, vehicles etc. Invest your time now to save time later, now does the amount of time you invest now really equal out to all that time saved in the future? Depends on how much you play but, I would argue no. Progression even though it’s a core element is great in terms of perks and vehicles with a variety of things but, one place I see it lacking is in the skill department on the phone. I believe it’s every 10 levels you are typically seeing a +1 return for every action so with mining if you get level 20 (which takes quite a long time) you will see +2 added to the initial +1 adding up to 3.
Solution on how to make this work?:
My suggestion is to add perks that would allow you to speed up this skill progression but, at a higher level so people are not progressing too quickly; Because let's be real here once you get past level 20 skill exp in a category, you are looking at hundreds if not thousands of actions to get to the next level whether that’s in fishing, hunting, mining, etc. How to make this work? Add either individual progression ways to progress each skill so Mining skill exp 1, or make a general perk that would essentially say If you have 5 skill levels in x category (Fishing, mining, hunting, etc.) add .25 skill exp per 5 levels of said skill to progression. So if you had mining level 20 and level 1 of the perk you would be gaining an addition .25*4 = +1 additional mining skill exp per swing. This would make progression at the higher levels a lot better as 3,000 mining exp would now turn into 1500 swings instead of 3000. Also you could add tiers to this system so maybe level 1 perk you would .25 per 5 levels but, level 2 perk might grant you .5.skillexpreworkphoto.PNG.673f4f563d4f05200539f8c9da3bfa30.PNG

This perk would also need to be seen at higher levels so 60-65 perk level so that way people aren't just zooming through progression too fast. And higher levels of the perk being at 70, 80, 85. Because realistically the higher level players are going to be the ones investing into this perk and they are also going to be the ones that need that extra progression when it takes thousands of skill exp to get to the next level.

Pros of this system: Will add a system of progression to skill exp that was never there before allowing people to reach new heights. Will probably be loved by anyone that has ever grinded a skill before on Anzus and general people doing runs. Will be another perk to spend points on.

Cons of system: Devwork of course. Making sure that it’s balanced and that it is a perk that people actually use.

  5. +1 As a steel enjoyer, this looking at this wall without moving brings me much less joy. Let alone people not always knowing how to park or drive often times leading to mass explosions of cars and trucks.

  6. I think the problem lies not so much in the idea of frisking but, more in the idea of how often these "random" searches occur. I have every time without fail, been selected for a random search when I have went through the border. Honestly I've never seen a person just get let through in my times crossing without a search. To be honest if cops are doing their due diligence with watching these illegal locations that definitely get snitched out, it could turn into some really good busts at the border even without searching.

Plus if the chance of getting searched was lower it would probably lead to more people taking chances of going through the border with mass amounts of illegal goods leading to big busts and arrests = more action at the border. I'm not sure how much action those guys get there but, I think it would definitely be exciting being able to take down a 600 slot truck of illegal goods as compared to one guy caring a little backpack full of weed across.

So with that being said i'm not sure what the odds of getting searched at the border are but, maybe if it was say 70% chance to not be searched, 30% to be searched I think it would definitely up the ante and lead to more action and bigger busts at the border leading to more interaction from all sides of whether you are a cop, citizen, or criminal.

  7. Big +1
I can't remember which .0 I think maybe 5.5 there was a police requirement instead of cg requirement which was so much nicer as it made the run doable and the requirement was 6-8 cops I believe, so they had a decent force to possibly intercept bd runners (let alone the huge risk of bd being a red zone). Plus with the risk and time investment of crossing the border, let alone being robbed or some other unfortunate circumstance happening. I think illegal runs across the border in general need to be looked at and increased as the risk/reward really is not there for some of them. Overall I think a change to BD requirements in terms of cg should be changed over to regular police instead as it will make it a run that you can actually do as long as you get mining 20, which to be honest is a tough grind for quite a few people and would encourage pvp, conflict, and police busts.

  8. What is your favourite thing on 5.0? Honestly the roads and driving it feels like a different experience each time you change a run or make a wrong turn. Also the chases are great on the roads too.
What is one thing you dislike on 5.0? Not enough ATMs at gas stations and cities, it feels like sometimes I have to travel to the next city to get money for food or a gun at a gun store.
What is your suggestion to fix your dislike? Add more ATM's at locations like gas stations, supermarkets and gun stores pls and ty.
