To add on in this I believe the trusted members and normal event staff could work side by side in the major events as well. In these major events its get a bit to hectic and they can assist on helping and monitoring these events

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?:  I believe trusted members off anzus should be allowed to have the event admin panel. I believe this will make non peak times more populated as more people can host events. I personally feel like 90 percent of event staff don't want to do pvp events as they are burnt out. This also would mean people would stop messaging staff asking for events. I believe this will help the current event staff to focus even more on the major events like the hunger games ect ect. 

Solution on how to make this work?: Give trusted people event staff panel.

Pros & Cons?: More people to do events whilst the server is quiet

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: (try use an example of what has happened in-game) When popping a major, When u click Class 3's a drop down menu should pop up for the highest calibre gun being used. If its 5.56 then cops can only use 5.56 guns. If its 7.62 or above then cops would be allowed to use fn30 ect ect. Higher calibre guns are super hard to get rn for civs and super expensive. Even 5.56 guns from crafter are expensive. Cops already have Smokes and flashes to balance out the field. I know SWAT is going to downvote this but Civs have lost so much compared to cops.

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: (try use an example of what has happened in-game). The terrain is terrible, half the time you cant slam because your car either flips or u fly 200 meters in the sky. I think the terrain should be as flat as possible for 2 reasons. 1 as stated above its to bumpy u have to drive slow or stick to the roads. 2 people cant roach on these bumps.

wdum cops have to go to majors it aint a choice

Fort Knox happens. All cops go. 5 gas stations pop. Free money 

fortknox finishes. None gets popped very boring as a cop atm

Many gangs are on the island purely to only do majors.

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: (try use an example of what has happened in-game) Cant pop minor crimes when a major crime is happening. No one does them until a major pops then you see 5 minor crimes pop at once. Then when the major finishes you will only see 1 minor pop in the 45 mins you wait for another major.

Solution on how to make this work?: Make a rule so you cant pop a minor when a major is happening 

Pros & Cons?: Free money isnt earnt in the economy

Solution on how to make this work?: bring back old conflict zone
