    Any extra information you would like to give to us?: Worked as a veteran volunteer back in Montana till the volunteer positions were disbanded for none PD members.

    Why do you want to join the AMR (100 words minimum):
       Personally I am looking to do something to within the community that everyone loves. I see you guys trying to get medics on, even in dead hours of the server, to help everyone keep their kits and enjoy their time on anzus.
        When I worked as a volunteer I enjoyed alot. Had great interactions with different gangs and officers when I was driving around as V379 and hope to have similar encounters again now that many of the people I have known in the community have left.
       I rarely see it now but it happens every now and then where there are not enough EMS to revive everyone with how spread out texas and I just want to help out even if only a little.

    What qualities should a good AMR member have (50 words minimum):
       A good AMR member should be able to not bring any opinions from civ or cop over when being the neutral medic. We are there to save lives not create drama or problems within the community. Having a positive mood spreads to people you interact with on the server so being able to brush off any toxicity or insults are a must have.

    Why do you think you fit the role of a full-time AMR member (50 words minimum):
       When I worked as a volunteer I was able to join when there was a lack of EMS available but the server had a lot of people dying. Having been around the community for a long time and on almost every update I have been able to make positive relations with most groups on the server and defuse situations before they can start.

    Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?:

    I suggest changing the Orchards from only growing when the owner of it is online to any member that was added on the sign. Right now the berry orchard is $425K on average but it only grows when the original owner is online as the person who purchased it making berry donuts take a lot longer to make.
    Optional but recommended that the orchards basket can only be taken from by people added on the farm. Its a legal run that cost $425k that anyone can take the berries from and toss them. I feel like it should be like the farms where only the people added to the farms can use them.

    Solution on how to make this work?:

    By changing part of the code in the scrips that makes the orchards run by locking it like a warehouse storage and produce when any member set as a user is online.


    Pros:

    Makes the $425k feel more worth the investment for a company like Redburger or Blueking as members of both company's cant be online 24-7 to be able to produce the amount of berry donuts the players want.


    Con:

    Little to none. Makes it so if a company doesn't own the berry farm they cant steal the berries from the owner.

    It was not mentioned in the post but I also stated that “contractors” as we called them if working at red burger or blue king could not make regular menu items but something between chips and the fries in terms of both price and hunger. This would make it so people would still need to join either of the food chains to make a majority of the items that give benefits.

    There is evidence being held within the FSP evidence logger and as such can be used post investigation from IA. Nor I or the plaintiff can obtain the evidence as we are not FSP employees, so I urge you to follow up with this please. 

    Again the supreme court doesn't have the authority to order an investigation. All we can do is urge them to investigate the situation like I have already done. You can also submit a complaint to IA to get them to look in to something as well but that is the most I can do.

    Agreed. I may suggest IA to look in to this event but I do not have the authority to order IA to do anything. You may file a complanate with the IA and I request Mr. Lee to inform you how to do that but that will not happen here.

    Thank you for the additional time your Honor, thankfully the Federal Government were quick in answering.

    At this time we will be dropping Exhibit A due to the evidence unfortunately not be able to be used as there are no physical cameras at the police station. However, we would request the presiding Judge to issue a Court Order to Internal Affairs so they are required to investigate the matter and submit their findings to this court. My client has confirmed that during the time of the incident he had a go-pro equipped which was siezed by police and as such should be present within their secured evidence locker for IA to review and investigate.

    You motion is acknowledged but unless we have the specific names of the officers involved I will not be approving of any investigation for IA to look in to. Unless you have any other evidence or motions put forward within 24 hours I will be dismissing this case on the grounds of lack of evidence.

    Very well. Keep in mind the this motion is based on how the current layout of the PD not any redesign

    To begin, the defense would like to motion to strike the evidence labeled "Exhibit A." The reasoning for this strike is due to the lack of a recording device (GoPro), and the lack of any physical cameras located in the area. 

     

    Following the removal of this piece of evidence, the defense would like to then motion to dismiss this case due to lack of evidence. In an effort  to prevent the wasting of the courts valuable time, the defense would prefer to dismiss this case, rather then arguing a he-said she-said case.

    At this time we will be waiting for the plaintiffs attorney to respond to this motion/objection before I make any rulings. But your motion to strike is acknowledged and being reviewed in person.

    Hello I am Justice Orest Howson and I will be ruling on this case, I ask for all party's to keep any and all conversations for me here and not on my personal phone. I have a lot of paperwork that I need to deal with so my responses. 

     @Liam PukaPlease have your attorney make himself known to the court or confirm that it is Joshua Bond representing you.

      @Ross Lee @Marcus Puccinelli Please inform the court of who will be representing the state in this case. 

    Both party are to have responded within 48 hours or I will declare default judgment
