@Orest HowsonYour honor, a motion for the court to order IA to carry out an investigation doesn't exist. IA operates as an independent group of the FSP, and all of their operations are highly classified. Even if you wanted to gain access to IA cases, you could not. We instead argue that this case be dropped with prejudice due to lack of evidence, and a waste of the court's time.

With all due respect sir, there is evidence currently within the FSP evidence locker and as such warrants an investigation by Internal Affairs to assist with this case if there was a court order issued.
Out of respect for the judge presiding over this case, I will abstain from further comments. However I would like to ask, what evidence are you referring to?

Thank you for the additional time your Honor, thankfully the Federal Government were quick in answering.
At this time we will be dropping Exhibit A due to the evidence unfortunately not be able to be used as there are no physical cameras at the police station. However, we would request the presiding Judge to issue a Court Order to Internal Affairs so they are required to investigate the matter and submit their findings to this court. My client has confirmed that during the time of the incident he had a go-pro equipped which was siezed by police and as such should be present within their secured evidence locker for IA to review and investigate. With all due respect, whatever our internal affairs department handles is quite classified and will not be released to the public. As such, I don’t believe any court order would be appropriate given the lack of evidence for the behavior our troopers have been accused of.

To begin, the defense would like to motion to strike the evidence labeled "Exhibit A." The reasoning for this strike is due to the lack of a recording device (GoPro), and the lack of any physical cameras located in the area.
Following the removal of this piece of evidence, the defense would like to then motion to dismiss this case due to lack of evidence. In an effort to prevent the wasting of the courts valuable time, the defense would prefer to dismiss this case, rather then arguing a he-said she-said case.

We thought we had fucked up, and the economy was down bad, and so some balances were put in place to try and offset this. While most of the server hated them, it was thought to be the best move to keep the server going better longer. Then it was found that the stats were off, and our economy was actually doing fine. Instead keeping your pride high and not admitting we had made a mistake, you all pulled a 180 and boosted runs! That to me shows that you truly care about the player base, and you only want what's best for all of us.
Keep up all of the good work Devs/SMT/Dougie, we appreciate it as always

Lower Firing Pin Prices.

I totally agree that there was 0 risk involved in making guns before. I assumed they would fix this, which they did by adding in uranium. I'm absolutely malding that instead of altering the recipes since they added uranium, they chose to leave them how they were before PLUS uranium AND firing pins which have to be purchased! If you wanted to add risk to crafting, make uranium a required add, and remove the requirement for rubber bars for example. The addition of firing pins is completely ridiculous. This was your way of artificially raising the prices? Really? Requiring that the alucards sell at an SMT set price for honey badger-type weapons wasn't enough for you? Let the player market drive the prices, stop intervening. If you have an issue with the prices, up the crafting requirements for the higher-end guns. Not sure what we're thinking here guys.
