are u talking about something like this ? just slamming ya horn to switch sirens lol.
Not necessarily, something more like this, where you'd respond code 2, and use manual through intersections or busy traffic
Yes, i know this is some sort of Fed, but its just an example

I mean sure, but can't you also just use the horns you have available. Several of them are like sirens. If you need to then code 3, you just switch to code 3
Horns are great, but their based on local player position, and can barely be heard if you're driving past someone, unless you honk right next to them. From what I can tell, the Manual E siren is based on Server player position, and would be much more realistic than a few yelps from the Whelen box

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: Manual Siren on Code 2, this would allow for more realistic code 2 response
Solution on how to make this work?: Script it to be used on code 2 as well. @Alex Hinkley Thought it could be pretty simple
Pros & Cons?: Pros, Its cool. Cons? Cant think of any

Type of Suggestion?: (e.g. server suggestion, server rule suggestion.) Dev, Mapping
Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: Midlands Bank is in Laredo, we have a Midlands TX, why not move it there.
Solution on how to make this work?: Pick it up and move it to Midlands.
Pros & Cons?:
Pros: New major up north.
Cons: Less Majors at the border, though I don't feel this to be a large problem, as the border already has quite a bit of activity -
