Alshiq told me the main reason for my punishment was due to pending charges from the doj I've admitted to my unprofessionalism but I worked my ass of for 6 months to make doc great yes I know their is no LT spot for me to take anymore I just wanted my points removed but im over half way served so its pointless now

Punishment you were given: 5 points and 2x demotion
Grounds for Appeal (Why should it be overturned): I arrived at the Austin court house while on my way back to CBP after a 10-80 while i was their i started asking the cops why is the case taking so long, during which i made a joke on whisper to a friend saying isn't Wampa a terrorist (due to all the unflipping and suicide bombings hes done) after which i went to leave when the Judge Matthew Hastings started to shout at me as i went to leave Wampa walked up and threatened to punch me and raised his fists at me in which i responded with something along the lines of "fuck you wampa, you dirty Mexican scum" in which as i then left and went to head back to CBP the judge tried to have me arrested for contempt of court and charge me for 20 months and a 100k fine, in which i am yet to recieve any official DOJ documentation relating to this matter, 

Due too my recent efforts within PD that most cops can attest too i have always strived to make the best out of doc/cbp I believe I should be given the chance to stay as LT and continue my work

yeah but you could have 25 total cops but only 7 CBP or 25 total cops and 15 CBP

what do you mean cant rob DOC? we cant force cops to be protected cause then i know cops will abuse that

Currently, i need 7 CBP officers to even entertain the idea of opening DOC and that would be for a max of 3 Inmates, and the issue other cops have pointed out cops hate it, its just an invitation to get taken hostage or for civs to act like 12-year-old assholes, i agree we need to figure a way to open it more often but unfortunately, Checkpoint is the most important feature on the server so we have to prioritize that first, and Myself as an EX LT of CBP i always tried to open DOC any chance i have because of the gang tasks and it just something we have to do. But Currently, their is no solution to this problem

Loxxon we DONT NOT Search people if it doesnt show us to search that means you DO NOT FRISK people without the prompt showing, the Prompt is a 50/50 chance if you have a problem talk to the Devs thats how it was designed, we can full strip you if we wanted to but we do a frisk as its easier for everyone and quicker

Its pretty simple for months now SWAT have been abusing the FN30 and AWM's at majors there used to be rules stopping SWAT Abusing Marksman/Breacher gear now they seem to just do what ever they want, i've personally got tired of even attempting to fight if SWAT are on duty due to they can snipe 5m away and kill you with 1cm of your skin showing with a 1 tap gun that should be banned for CQC and limited usage wise, im pretty sure it used to be a server rule and SOP that only 2 Marksman guns can be used at a time? and since when did SWAT all of a sudden get insane scope? yes rebels can get ACOGs now but most still use ARCOs for the Majors, Cops have Numbers and alot of equipment to use to beat CIVs but PD would rather hold W and Mouse 1 to win than actually use their brains and come up with a good strategy.

I was on COP yesterday at a KNOX vs RGN where Alex was Major lead, we actually planned it out and waited it out and used RGN's ego peeking to win the major and we had like 1/3 of cops still alive at the end, and that was with 1 SWAT 1 FBI and 1 CTRG who didn't even fire a single shot. 

Yes SWAT should equal the power the big gangs can pull but when its the whole swat team running 6.8 762 and 1 tap snipers its not balanced limit it behind ranks like in the past when SWAT in 2.0 had the 6.8 ACR with BT mags but like 5 people could use it

its just a simple change but a good one +1

-1 just creates the issue of people running and abusing the locked gates in gun fights
