Type of Suggestion?: Change Car boosting So that it is a bit easier

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: I'm posting this because car boosting is almost impossible unless you have a really good hacker who can hack and 100% do all the hacks without fail

Solution on how to make this work?: Make it so it is like the Pharmacy safe but for many more hacks example c's have 5 now but make it 15 of the Pharmacy safe hack

Pros & Cons?: The pros would be more people would be likely to do it so there is more content for cop and civ. Cons There can be a little too many people doing it and the cops can get overwelled with the amount of people doing it
