The "Gun Market" isn't meant to be so low as it was before and so flooded with crafters and weapons.
Just charge more? If everybody is having to buy the pins, then EVERYBODY has to raise prices.
The uranium is because there's 0 risk in crafting guns. It's mainly legal runs and extremely easy.

I believe only a few legal runs should be robbable.
Runs such as Steel, Iron, and Earth should be robbable as most people do these for gun parts which floods the economy and Class 3 market. People get 500k+ within days and all the economy fixes are for nothing. Obviously not things like Ruby..
There will be 80+ people on late at night and you will NEVER see any of them except at the mines. This is why we're having a hard time getting cops on to patrol 80 people at the mines... Not exactly a fun time and no interaction.
To the grinders that will inevitably comment on this. No cops because of no interaction = less player base and no point in grinding..

+1 This is a shit NVL loophole that needs to be fixed. Same as putting your hands up and running around just to shoot.
Kinda like the changing gang clothing rule (sorta).
-
+1 get rid of the kill funnels please and expand the majors they're way too compact and don't encourage any actual strats other than "push and hope we have enough numbers to keep pushing after"

-1, your walls aren't private property, only the building is which means anybody can come in and you don't "own" the land.
If you apply for a property deed and this land becomes private property, then sure that's fair and they should lock (the CTRG base locks as it's private property).
Also, a locked gate isn't going to stop the police from coming in if you run

-1, There is a reason for backup to be called if you suspect you may need help. Now yes you can argue "what if they drive off"....well.....they drive off. Simple as that. You cant win them all. I use an analogy when i talk to people about things like this. You ever go fishing? You ever catch all the fish? Just because you were killed and the perp ran off doesn't mean they HAVE to be caught. If they broke a rule then report them as that is a differnet situation, but if they succesfully get away then that is their reward. There is a sense of win mentality going around and alot of it is in the cop realm. i respect what yall do as i know you deal with the scum of the server, but when a civ loses as much as they do against cops, its nice to have a small win sometimes.
A make an model is good enough to go off of and if the person is caught then that sucks for them, but making it harder to get away from cops when cops already have better cars that can catch up faster than 3/4 the population is just un needed. Plus the perp is most likely not going to switch cars, so you can easily keep an eye out for it, pull them over. have the officer that was shot pull up go pro (cause you know, its always on for you guys) and then go off of that. You guys have more tools than you like to use, and this one thing is (imo) going to be a little to harsh on the civ pop. If it aint broke, dont fix it.
Also im seeing some of you guys in here say it will increase RP. im a bit confused how it will do that since no talking/interactions are done. If im not seeing the RP side, by all means let me know please. i LOVE RP so if it truly can increase it in a big way then im all ears
Most cops who call 38's and get hurt obviously didn't think the 38 was a threat in the first place and couldn't "suspect they needed help" or they wouldn't be in the situation i the first place. It's nothing to do with win rate but ID a vehicle that looks just like every other vehicle. Sure we have GoPros but lets say the plate is stolen or there's no plate and the plate is then changed, this would make the vehicle impossible to ID if it looks just like every other car with tint driving on the road. The fingerprint would add the extra depth to the RP situation. Like Raph said, this would be like a GSR swab and wouldn't be very OP at all.
Our cars don't catch up with 3/4th of the population. Most cops can only go MAYBE 309ish if not tiered whereas most stock civ cars can go the same if not faster speeds and have more flexibility to be tiered and not be rank locked like a cop.
As for RP, RP isn't all "talking" but rather RP'ing (Role Play, aka playing a cop) a real life action most officers conduct in a REAL traffic stop (even if they think they're not going to get hurt..). This would encourage more mod shop interaction as well if they had to get their car cleaned.
+1 to this main suggestion.
