Yea because they go inside the bank and start SEIZING the money while something is going on??? we get it your cop main but don't be this dopey Mr Carter

No they simply dont push overall but I guess thats not the solution we all aiming for isnt that true?

btw my opinions have nothing nothing to do with me being a cop main, but you have a fact im Cop main which means I see what makes cops lose motivation which shouldnt be something positiv for you either

No Cops = No Majors overall

If we are gonna keep waffling and say the word "objective" the objective and the priority of the cops is the rebels not the money, never seen a bank heist where cops go "seize" the money instead of the rebels. dopey mf

Sorry Mister but if you know how robberies go Cops dont Push they wait Outside of the Bank if the Risk is to high to Push... so thats not the best argument

If youve ever tried playing rebel and buying guns for stock prices and actually playing with it youd realize how quick your money goes and how bored you can get from majors.

Well I can tell you a solution, Buy guns from Crafters If you buy Bulk you get an HK for 6k which is not very much and nearly cop store price

  4. Im playing civ myself atm, and I cant agree with the Statement that Civ guns are expensive. I payed 75k for 10 HKs, If I win half of the Majors I have the weapons easy out + I can go Transport Truck where I get alone 50k + Guns sometimes so guns are not really that expensiv...

-1 Gets way too far into ruleplay, just don’t unlock your car with someone right next to it who might steal it.

its also worth nothing that you are wrong about who gets in first, whoever was last in the driver seat gets in faster if two people do it at the same time.  It would require a massive ping difference for your theory to be true, so much so that if you have that high of ping you prob should not be playing until it is fixed.

Well you all argue with there are to many rules which doenst make any sense overall, its like saying remove the rdm rule cause there are to many rules sometimes things are importent for the rules and for playing on the server, I doenst need to be a massiv ping difference it happend multiple times for me I play on 100-250 Ping from germany and its just anoying that you arent able to unlock your car cause somebody is litterly staying right there especially as cop you dont have many options to do something against this what do you say? You gonna get arrested if you dont stay 10m away from my car. Cool I arrest them their Gang member kills me they steal my car anyways....

  7. Type of Suggestion?: (e.g. server suggestion, server rule suggestion.)

    Server Rule

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: (try use an example of what has happened in-game)

Add a rule that states that people arent allowed to jump into a car right after it gets unlocked.

People litterly stand right next to cars wait till they are unlocked and jump into them to steal that I think thats a kinda wack mechanic the person with the
better ping will always get into the car first and will be able to drive of so if you have a pretty bad ping you will get your car stolen quite often if people want to.

Solution on how to make this work?
    :

Add a rule that states that people arent allowed to jump into a car right after its unlocked (Declare its trolling probably)

    Pros & Cons?:

Bad take honestly why limit gangs on members during majors when it literally doesn't matter how many you are as longs as there is enough cops to respond 1 to 3 I don't get how cops struggle so bad winning majors try making a plan and sticking to it if you go for trades where you get one for one you should win 10/10 times based on numbers alone but instead there is 4 swat that knows what they are doing and 21 braindead`s running in because they got told to with no strategy in mind.

Makka thats just not how responds numbers work on Anzus for an example

If you are 3 Civs doing a Major and the Cop responds numbers are +4 your playing against 7 Cops but if you go and do a major with 12 Civs its a responds number of 16 Cops overall there is just to less trade potential for some majors and majors get more and more unfun as more civs are involved for cops. And I think aswell most of the smaller Civ gangs get stomped or dont even wanna get involved into pvp cause there are running zergs around with 11-12 man online the whole day cops are many but we have responds numbers we are bound to and cant/shouldnt overrespond against civ gangs.

To your point that CTRG could get closed up I dont think thats the Point not every Cop likes to go to Majors so some cops would rather sit it out then go these are slots CTRG can take aswell. And 50-60% of majors can only get popped cause CTRG counts to the numbers anyways there are not 20 Cops online all the time.

We have multiple factions at majors present that can deal with water.  You can negotiate with regulations regarding going towards the water, if people are going from gas stations to the water with 2k and want to swim away just pick up the evidence and arrest them later.  There is many ways around this, and I still don't believe it should be restricted.  Plus you should be able to s1 them by the time they get to the water.  It's not that close to anything except the coast.

I think you miss the main point behind it is just trouble that is NOT necessary. Just dont give them the opportunity to do such things and you wont have the trouble to deal with it. In certained cases we could probably talking about just using the model for a gang uniform but not the functionality (So it would not function as a Wetsuit just looks like one) if your so interested in it maybe ask on the gang discord in a ticket and we can forward it to Doug etc.

I understand, but again my point is that there isn't a huge amount of water that's accessible.  You have one main river, a smaller river, then the gulf.  Surely it's not as big of a problem as it used to be with other maps.  The people already in the gulf doing oil rigs will have wet suits.  What's the point of having CG if you don't want anyone to wear wet suits or touch the water?  Just because it's "hard" doesn't mean it should be restricted.  Just because something becomes "more popular" doesn't mean it should be restricted, it's already a possibility now.  If people really wanted to abuse them like you lot say they would just buy the plain ones and wear a gang vests, or have them in their backpack.  We have an entire faction for water interactions but, people complain about water interactions?  I don't understand.

Okay to give you an example A gang Starts a Major, they want to negotiate at the Front there is a normal Gang member with normal Gang uniform. They negotiate for free passage. After getting into their Car they switch their Clothings. Technically they wouldnt try to lose initiation overall same gang uniform same gang they run into the water and they are gone, at the same time they wouldnt be able to get out of their gang uniform if the Diving gear doesnt have their gear. Another one would be that gangs would start to wear the wetsuit permanently and just run after every gas station after every chase after everything into the water and just swim off.

People doing oil rigs already have and buy wet suits, I don't understand your point you guys act as if they aren't in the server.

The problem is that it would get way more popular if people would be able to buy it directly from rebell with gang clothing and people would start wearing it permanently cause it would count towards initiation. Besides that fact I personally think the wetsuit doenst look that good overall I like the Survival Fatigue from Nato but thats it.

Yeah but again I think personally your not getting my point. You have to think about combat players as resources there is just a limited amount and your not splitting it up enough there are surly groups that don’t want to get inv

lol i have fat fingers and I’m on my phone, to continue there are surly groups that don’t want to get involved into combat that much but if you would split up those groups and not just make 2-3 very large gangs there would automatically be more contest overall and automatically more combat against more people but you decide to creat Zergs so the resource is limited and you yourself create the problem. Aswell I wanna mention that even gangs with 5-7 members can’t really fight the large gangs that are sometimes on the server with 15-20 people so even with 7 your not really competing against anything I’m only being on cop and even cops are not enough it gets to the point where I’m as cop getting pushed from 5-6 GLM members even after we killed like 2-3 of them already in this fight.

There is little that can be done or will be done. Anzus staff will never ban a specific playstyle. It just so happens that there are not a lot of fighters or roleplayers, mostly grinders making up the majority of the population, which is sad because I barely have interacted with anyone except for my own gang. The gang/combat presence in 7.0 is looking to be even worse then in 6.0 🤣

get ready, its gonna be a lot of fighting the same 3 gangs for the next few months lol.

Maybe you should consider to not invite 20-30 people+ into each gang. There is a limited amout of Players on the Server and its a shared decision from gangs to invite so many people that there are only 2-3 big gangs that compete against each other than maybe 5-10 small gangs with maybe 10-15 people in the gang itself. And im pretty sure if there were more small gangs than only 2-3 very big ones more gangs would like to compete in combat overall.

  14. We could implement that this doesnt count if you shoot someone out of a Car and that this doenst Count if your in a specified radius of a cap zone itself probably

  15. I disagree with that statement overall we need more data on how everything will play out. Like Doug told you we will take it slow and pace it up to a later time aswell as the 15k for a class 2 will obv get dropped later on.

This would cause SWAT to not be able to switch from AWMs/Shields/Etc during majors and use their equipment to their fullest extent.  I don't believe it would be fair to them.  Also it would be annoying with people who shoot randomly at rebel by accident, you wouldn't be able to do what you need to do.

Could disable it for Cops and at Zones like Rebell/Blue Zones, BUT I think its a bad idea cause 1 of your mates shoots during a gunfight/at the start and your unable to get your gun out...

Idm this, I just think something needs to be switched up.  I’m bored of the m4 Tac, HK, etc.  it’s been here for years and I feel should be changed out.

Alright sure and dont have a problem with 6.5 as another caliber but please no more base arma weapons :)

  18. I think the problem is more that Majors are +Respons numbers instead of x... that simply means the more you are the simpler the major gets cause Cops have less people to trade.

If you make a Silverrush Casino Robbery as an Example with +7 Respons numbers for Cops
    With 3 its a 3v10
    With 12 its a 12v19

Lets be honest which one is easier I would definitly say the 12v19 is way simpler even if more cops respond if its a 3v10 Cops have actually many people to trade with thats why the more numbers civs have the less likely is it that cops win.

  19. Sounds good, but add if you pull them out of your own car in case they stole it doesnt create initiaton & only the person is initated with the guy that pulled him out and if he shoots it creates initiated like in other rules
