Why do you want to join the FFR(100 words minimum):
- The roleplaying servers on Arma 2/Arma 3/Dayz have always been a hobby of mine. I am currently just passing time before I start my police academy training for my pre-conditional hiring agreement. I've always found playing as rescue services is a very relaxed type of roleplay that I can enjoy during my free time. As a highly motivated and compassionate individual, I am passionate about serving my community as a first responder. With my strong communication skills, quick decision-making abilities and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, I am confident that I can excel in the role of a first responder. I have completed extensive training in emergency medical services, which has equipped me with the necessary skills to handle emergencies. I truly believe in the importance of being there for those in need, and I am committed to making a positive impact in my community through my work as a first responder.
What qualities should a good FFRmember have (50 words minimum):
-An exceptional Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) should possess a variety of essential qualities to excel in their high-pressure job. EMTs must have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to swiftly assess and address medical emergencies. They should also be compassionate and patient, providing emotional support and reassurance to individuals in distress. Professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are crucial for EMTs to collaborate effectively with first responders, nurses, and doctors. Additionally, physical fitness and endurance enable them to handle demanding tasks, while stress management and resilience help them maintain composure in the most challenging situations. Attention to detail and the adherence to protocols are vital to ensure accurate and timely documentation and interventions.
-When I say EMT I am referring to FFR, its more of a common practice for me to use that distinction, however in game I will be referring to that role as FFR.
Why do you think you fit the role of a full-time FFRmember (50 words minimum):
-I have had a wide variety of experience dating back to 2015 on Arma 2 island life servers, Arma 3 Life, and Arma 3 Altis life servers. I am very committed to making a fun roleplaying experience for myself and others. I work at a hospital for my day job and am very familiar with theterminology and vernacular in the healthcare field, which is why I feel I will be a good fit as a FFR member.
