- How did you loose the item you are requesting compensation for: : Mechanic installed the parts to vehicle. Went to go get final parts or final check and seen only the Brakes were remaining after installing all. Mechanic has video as well if needed.
Tier 4 Engine, Level 3 Transmission, Turbo.

THE STATE OF SAN ANDREAS VS VLADIMIR KILLMORE - To Any PEACE OFFICER In the State of San Andreas Greetings: YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to arrest Vladimir Killmore if found in the State of San Andreas for the charges below.
Date: 9/5/23
Time: Approx 6 PM EST
Incident: Mr. Killmore was inside of pillbox while Officer Springfield and Toretto awaited another 95's release from medical and began to assault his friend. They went back and forth when I, 175 Toretto issued them a verbal order to stop fighting and tried to pull out my nightstick. At that time Mr. Killmore began to beat me with a keyboard until I was downed and injured and than refused to comply with any orders to be restrained by Mr. Springfield and beat him to his side with that same keyboard. Afterwards he than robbed my body for police issued Glock, Tazer, Handcuffs, Nightstick, and Radio.

Evidence of Positive Identification(Photograph of Fingerprint Scanner/ID etc.):
175 | OFC | V. Toretto Bodycam, states his name from friends Identification and also pulled this same indivual over earlier in the day on a wheelchair which EMS can confirm.
