Describe your character: A northern resident new to the hot climate, Jack is a no-nonsense professional that strives to embody the values of the every day heroes he saw every day growing up across the street from the town firehall.
How many hours per week will you be dedicating to the AMR: At least 5, more depending on work

Any extra information you would like to give to us?: Some experience as police and fire/EMS staff on other servers with a total 24+ months as active staff (forum activities, enforcing policy), 1 year MILSIM experience (TFAR usage/chain of command)
Why do you want to join the AMR (100 words minimum): I would like to join the AMR because I am interested and excited when I browse over the faction's content and I would like to experience it. I feel a draw to the medical faction and I enjoy mentoring and assisting people with my knowledge, teaching them the tips and tricks and sharing the knowledge to help us both become better at what we do. Learning new systems, policies and procedures... I watched someone drop a barrier while they handled a hazard, and then cleared it when the area was clear and I was in awe, it really adds to the living ambience and I can't wait to contribute to making everyone's experience better.
What qualities should a good AMR member have (50 words minimum): A good member should bring calm and efficient professionalism to any situation they arrive at, ready to assist and render aid to the best of their ability to help someone having the worse day of their life. When everything has gone wrong, they should be the beginning of an improvement to the situation.
Why do you think you fit the role of a full-time AMR member (50 words minimum): I embody the qualities that I feel a good member of the AMR should bring and enjoy assisting and interacting with people as a fire / EMS professional. I'm excited to learn and practice the skills required, and see all there is to offer while performing my duties to the best of my ability.
