[SUMMARY] 

Sgt. A Cerella (Tee Arman suspect) - Myself and Lt. Stone responded to the active hostage situation called in by Officer Mike Stone. He was a hostage at the Little Seoul compound. The gang known as the Saints were attempting to use Officer Stone as leverage to release their gang member from police custody. After negotiations through Officer Stone over radio the negotiations fell through, and they opened fired on LEOs and Officer Stone. A short shootout ensued in the compound where I personally witnessed Tee Arman exchanging fire with officers and myself. Eventually all suspects on scene were either subdued or surrendered. They were given medical on scene by EMS and then transported to MRPD for processing. Tee Arman was charged with 1 accountant of Assault w/ Deadly and plead guilty to these charges. He was given 5 months time served authorized by myself. His physical firearms license was taken by myself."

Sr. Officer B.Legos (Hydra Winters suspect) - I responded to a panic button in Little Seoul. Whilst arriving, to the scene I heard that it was a kidnapping situation. I pulled up to the scene and a shootout occured when arriving. After the shootout, I went into the cubby and grabbed suspects to process them before taking them for further treatment. She was difficult to deal with in Pillbox and Mission Row but did plea guilty at the end and was sent to jail.

Lt. S.Stone (Dougy Doug)I got radioed on dispatch that one of my officers had been kidnapped by the gang called saints and demanded that LSPD release a member of their gang. I then responded to the scene were Mike stone were being held hostage. I negotiated with the hostage takers and they ended up shooting Officer Mike Stone and I then ordered all officers to open fire. The gunfight went on for some time and I ended up getting stabbed by Dougy Doug. I was then transported to pillbox. Dougy Doug then had a nap after a officer searched him so I drove to Alta apartments and picked up Dougy Doug again and transported him to MRPD and then processed him.

Following on with the Pursuit of Liam Coul - Suspect [Lester Acosta] was driving a Black Prius, During the pursuit of Liam This suspect [Lester Acosta] interfered with the Pursuit assisting in the attempted evasion of his associate Liam.

This Pursuit was ongoing and officer Chadwick Padasius [143] apprehended the suspect Lester Acosta after he fell from Hight, The suspect was then transported to the hospital where he received treatment for his wounds. Lester Acosta then managed to Take [143] hostage taking his Service weapon - See Evidence - Negotiations Failed and the suspect fled through the city and up to Paleto bay where he was eventually apprehended. Suspect was then taken to the Paleto medical facility by officer Sven Stone [110] After Receiving treatment Lester Acosta was Transported by [106] +[102] Suspect was then processed by [812]
