+1, I'm not a fan of car boosting rewards being nerfed into the ground, when I am on civ i don't even bother anymore on doing them but I'm on A boosts and I'm lucky to see one at all

+1, I would like to see people needing to return to the mechanics more for different things like oil changes, battery replacements etc, cause atm besides buying new cars and getting them modded/or fixed people don't really use the modshop, This is something that @Karma Oakley said and I think it would be awesome to get added

Im going to -1 this, i do understand that there needs to be something illegal that you can do but its risk and reward. It makes a good amount of money and opening that up to people while there is no risk is not very balanced. House Robberies could probably be opened 24/7, maybe you just get less loot or lower chance for better stuff or something when there is no cops on
