Anyone who has received a form of discipline cannot discharge for a certain time. NPM or Aviation/CGIS warnings (3 Days), NJP (10 days), Suspension (14 days after end), Court-martial conviction (14-30 days depending on severity). Going inactive to pass this time will result in court-martial charges or disciplinary discharge for UCMJ, Articles 85 & 86 for Desertion and AWOL.
