Jack Wellington
Senate Disciplinary Appeal Committee Disciplinary Appeal Case Number: #3023 IA case Florida Legislature Officer Presiding: [Office Use Only] NAME JACK SNOW and GOV. DEPARTMENT (e.g. Florida State Police ) RESPONDENT **DISCLAIMER: IF POSSIBLE, YOU MUST FIRST APPEAL INTERNALLY WITHIN YOUR DEPARTMENT YOU MUST BE LISTED AS ACTIVE ON THE FLORIDA STATE POLICE ROSTER PRIOR TO DISCIPLINE (10 Hours a Week) TO PLACE A SENATE APPEAL** Information Trooper's Name: Jack Snow Organisation: United States Coast Guard Rank: Senior Trooper (Petty Officer) Department: United States Coast Guard Badge Number (If Applicable): 286 Punishment you were given: Permanent Blacklist + Contract Termination Grounds for Appeal (Why should it be overturned): I respectfully assert that my case warrants an overturning based on the absence of evidence demonstrating any officers providing their identification or disclosing their name, rank, or badge number. This crucial information, which I consistently provide whenever requested by civilians, is necessary for establishing a link between myself and the incident in question. Additionally, I firmly believe that my case should be reviewed again by Internal Affairs due to the circumstances surrounding an encounter I had with an individual claiming to have been present at the scene. During this interaction, I was instructed to meet them at Modshop in Orlando and hand over a sum of $1,000,000, under the threat of being blacklisted from the Florida State Police. It is important to note that I was off duty at the time and received the call in an aggressive manner, raising concerns regarding the actions of the officer involved and the potential motives of the alleged criminal or civilian. Furthermore, it is pertinent to consider that I was accused of engaging in criminal activity and failing to act despite my absence from the scene. I explicitly stated during my interview with Raina Andris that I had no recollection of the events in question. Moreover, upon reviewing the crime video, it became evident that none of the three Coast Guard officers depicted bore any resemblance to my appearance. In light of these compelling factors, I strongly urge the reconsideration and reassessment of my case. Any evidence to support this: person who uploaded it deleted it so I can't find it anymore Have you requested reasons for your discipline (if yes, please paste them as a reply to this appeal): Do you know the case against you (have you seen the evidence)?: Yes, I've seen the evidence. Do you request the Florida Senate Disciplinary Appeal Committee obtain all evidence help by the government in relation to your case?: Yes. Developer George Posted December 15, 2023 Developer Share Posted December 15, 2023 Hi @Jack Wellington, At this moment in time your appeal is denied. You clearly did not take into account any of the feedback that Paul provided you in your original appeal, and with this in mind, I see no reason to believe your behaviour or attitude has changed and no reason to unblacklist you from the Highway Patrol. Best regards. Link to comment
