I was also apparently rude to jack chapman. I spoke with many people and showed the footage and they deemed I was not rude at all. I told a fellow officer i was going 10-42 and he was going to the 2 other JTF at doc so it makes no sense on why i would get punished on this Why should your punishment be overturned?: I am greatly saddened and disappointed by command for giving me points on such a low SOP violation and not getting the proper evidence on my apparent rudeness. I am also disappointed by the fact they told me my points were for SOP violations and not for my apparent rudeness to Jack Chapman when they was questioned by it. I am ashamed of the fact that a rangers officer would make up a lie about me to get me in trouble and I think he should be punished for his actions. I think Adam mada and Jokko should be punished for giving me points only on hear say. When I told them I didn’t give attitude they did not ask for any evidence at all regarding the case. I believe this is a friend circle and creating a toxic environment for people not in this circle. I am also deeply saddened that they would give a new trooper points strait away not a WW or a verbal. I believe stuff like this will drag people away and not make them enjoy the opportunity TxDPS has to bring.
