    Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: (try use an example of what has happened in-game)

    Currently people can decamp at 200km/h and not be spangled / just have a broken leg. But then they can decamp at 5-10km/h and get spangled. You should get spangled if your going 200km/h in my opinion. Especially because at the minute people will just decamp whilst doing 200km/h to shoot you.

    Solution on how to make this work?: Make it so you get spangled at high speeds alongside low speeds (Fall over on the ground).

    Pros & Cons?: People don't decamp whilst driving at high speeds.

    Description of situation: We won a gang war against HMT and won $120,000. Restart then hit whilst we continued to fight conflict. When we loaded back in after restart and checked the gang bank the money wasn't there and it just disappeared.

  4. This is a perfect suggestion. Especially the cap point rework and full auto script side of the suggestion.

    As I previously mentioned in another suggestion the full-auto script is extremely buggy and prevents you from shooting for around 1-2 seconds after jumping out of your vehicle. On occasion it also doesn't work and you'll just be on single fire :(.

    As for the cap points, at the minute once there's 5+ people on them it just turns absolutely hectic and I feel they could be massively improved upon.

    If the instant Karuma respawn was to be re-implemented then the auto combat stance will also need to be implemented otherwise people won't be combat stanced until they slam.

    Overall I personally feel this is a great suggestion to improve conflict and I agree with everything :)

  5. Agree. Especially with that full auto script, that script prevents you from shooting until it's done it's thing. On numerous of occasions I've hopped my car, hit left click and my gun didn't shoot.

    4.0 was completely different when it comes to crafting levels and crafting guns. It is probably 10x easier now then it was back then. We've made it so people can easily sell guns at 4k-10k and still make a profit. If guns were 10-20k in rebel they would still be obtainable but cheaper from crafters. 

    A lot of the reason 4.0 died was because it was hard across the board, and covid ended.. not just because of class 3s. 5.5 died A LOT more than 4.0 did when we were too focused on combat.

    I really want this conversation to be a good one but people blindlessly agreeing with people ignoring context will only hurt your cause.

    In reality the safest way to do this is to put class 3s in the shop for 10-17.5k (ish) and make crafters be the forefront of the market and slowly lower the prices until its at a point where its balanced. If that means increasing majors to make it better, sure we can consider that.

    Apologies in regards to conflict I was not aware that had changed. 

    My stipulation still stands in regards to supply in comparison to demand. Unless crafters are constantly online and are constantly making class 3s then I don’t feel it’ll be enough to keep up with the demand of players. 

    I can agree 4.0 was harder across the board. Although it indicates that premise or basis did not work in my opinion (unless it is made extremely easy to craft), there was never really enough people crafting class 3s alongside a number of crafters got burnt out and left after constantly doing runs to keep up with demand.

    From a player that was putting 30/40+ hours a week in 4.0 I can argue the point that covid ending was not the only reason to 4.0 player base dropping. A vast amount of players got fed up, bored etc. Although yes some did leave cause of covid ending.

    I can agree 5.5 was too focused on combat but as stipulated before in my own opinion I do not feel making class 3s in shops expensive is exactly the right answer to counteract this. 

    If class 3s in shops are more expensive I do feel major prices will need to be buffed. And if you want to give it a go by all means.

    I will also like to bring up the point of people that will play in low player count times that they will struggle to find any crafters to supply their class 3s therefore forcing them to purchase at a higher price at a shop therefore draining their bank account and driving them away from wanting to play. This is only a potential problem that might occur (it might not) and I feel should be taken into consideration.

    Although I still stand by my opinion with the best option being low tier class 3s in rebel for an affordable price and then crafters controlling the market of a wide variety of higher tier and better class 3/4s. Even if that means reducing some of the class 3s in the shops. My main concern still lies with me not wanting to see Anzus fall under a re-run of what has occurred in the past where it didn’t work resulting in player loss and lowered player retention.

  7. Welp. Okay. Brutally honest time. This has been done before and it flopped badly of which resulted in Anzus player base dropping considerably in 4.0. This feels like a re-run of previous mistakes. 

    25k for a class 3 is ridiculous you’ll be doing a Knox and a payout will only just cover the class 3 you used if your lucky. Nevermind other majors won’t cover the cost of a class 3.

    Conflict will completely die off if this becomes a thing so all the hard work you’ve put into conflict will be thrown out the window so if this becomes a thing you might as well remove conflict with it. 

    Not to mention the fact that people grew to hate crafters only for class 3s cause crafters could never keep up with the demand of the players wanting constant class 3s. It just doesn’t work. If crafters are offline and player has no class 3 they don’t want to play because they can’t get a class 3 to use or have to pay a ridiculous amount for a class 3 which won’t happen and will drive players away. Not all people want to have to constantly contact crafters for class 3s. 

    Anzus already has so many massive money sinks, don’t make another one.

    Majority of people in 4.0 grew to hate SMGs and Pistols only in shops so don’t repeat that again.

    I’m all for low tier class 3s being in shops for a reasonable price and higher tier being crafting but anything less than that is a big no from me.

    Overall I feel Option 3 is the best one for Anzus as a whole and the longevity of Anzus alongside keeping the player base happy.

    Opinions on each rule and what you voted:

    1. I feel like the 'all cop response' aspect is good. Even though PD don't have 'response numbers' we are still managing our numbers well and trying to make situations fun and fair for both sides. With this in place it takes out the constant fear for cops that they are 'over-responding' and stops civilians complaining in regards to over-response. I think this is a lot better for the overall mentality. 

    2. Yes, I feel gangs should be able to use all of their numbers awake at the time. Although yes some gangs may do a 15 man knox for example which is a bit excessive. I do agree with restricting majors to 12 people. There is no situation where you would need anymore than 12 people at a major crime.

    3. If your doing an illegal run it should be a risk. You can always do your illegal runs in groups so your able to protect yourselves if someone was to attempt to rob you. It's illegal for a reason, expect people to try and steal it from you.

    4. I am yes on this up to a certain extent. A concern I have with this is new players getting robbed and it deterring them from playing the server as they are unable to get a foothold. Although gangs should be able to recognise people with apples above their heads being new players and should not rob them. But eitherway if someone is going to initiate on you 90% of the time they have a reason to why, maybe they're trying to rob you, maybe they're trying to take you hostage or maybe you just annoyed them. Majority of the time there is a reason behind it. The people that go around initiating on everybody for no reason whatsoever can always have restrictions imposed upon them. Adjusting this rule gives people more freedom and makes it so people won't be scared of getting reported if they initiate on someone not wearing a rebel vest. Part of me does feel people may go overboard with this and if that is the case it can always been reverted back to rebel vests although I feel the vast majority of people will use common sense when deciding to initiate on someone, it would just be a minority that ruins it.

  9. Enjoyed it a lot, throughout this weekend I saw quite a few old names that I haven't seen in quite a while. I feel this rule-set might encourage old players to return to Anzus.

    Even though this rule-set is more 'laid back' and 'combat friendly' I still saw a lot of good roleplay from people.

    But as for an overall, I really enjoyed this weekend and I think we should keep it like this permanently.

    What attributes do you think this person could bring to ANZUS? Understands why he was banned. He was always willing to help people, if that was new players or long term players, literally would help new players with anything they needed help with. He had a great reputation within the community itself. He was a veteran (had been here since 2.0 until he received his ban). Enjoys combat although at the same time is willing/enjoys roleplay. He waffles a lot. Everyone knows Taylor and everybody loves him.

    Time played on 3.0: The whole of 3.0. Joined on May 13th 2020. Total hours - Around 1,300-1,400 hours worth of playtime since 3.0 was released.
    
    Do you have anything in the next month that will effect you being able to help testing: No, I’m free every single day and play every single day. Usually tends to be 6+ hours a day.
    
    Do you understand you will be expected to do hours of tedious tasks: Yes (got lots of experience with this due to my past with developing servers/running a large community and writing scripts etc).
    
    Do you understand you will be required to sign an NDA: (any OG anzus people will not need to do this) Yes
