    what puddles said^ Waiting any longer will not build hype it will just let pop dwindle down, I believe many people would rather play on 4.5 mods than what we have rn until 7.5 is ready

    So as we all can see the server is losing population and people are losing interest in playing. Personally I think this is because of the lack of engaging content, and the map primarily. People do not like the map because it is simply to big and hard to navigate with the border. The entire left side of the map is useless dead space (10km x 20km) 
     

    THE BORDER: The Border is one of the largest issues with the map, Illegally cross? Then you get spiked immediately and have 15 BP chasing you down to the ends of the earth ANDDDD you get sent to jail for 25 minutes if you get caught. On a map like taki border makes a lot more sense, you are risking next to nothing by dying/fighting at the border. Whereas on anzus you are risking a lot more getting into small meaningless fights at the border where you are risking around 10-20k for a kit along with 25-45 minutes (counting time to rekit). If you are one of the many people on anzus that choose to do runs as I have been told by multiple of the top grinders they simply log off when border is manned. 

    Solution on how to make this work?:

    So how could we fix the issues I mentioned above? 
    I think changing the map off of texas to something like Kings County/Los Diablos, Kamdan, Lakeside or some similar map that people LIKE . I know the devs have worked hard on the map but it really just needs to go. The border is just an annoyance that makes civs not want to even try to cross it. Everything is so far apart that it deters people from wanting to even go to different events (the cap zones in the south or the one in narnia to the west).

    Fixes for the above mentioned problems would be:
    Smaller map that is well made(no hills and bumps everywhere, roads don't have 3000 guardrails and barriers in illogical or just annoying areas [3.0 is a prime example of a goated map])
    For cap zones: Have them all along one road with a rebel near that road as well (all cap zones should be within 2km of rebel)

    I know oliver has all the old modpacks making it so that something as small as just putting up the server with old mods can be done.

If you change the payout people will still trigger the same majors cause people dont care about the money or atleast I dont and i know majority of GLM dont.

    Were you on for the Baja raid? There was at least 10 at the raid when it started and like I say 25 including JTF online. 

    I'm not saying cop numbers aren't going down, they are, but so are civ numbers. The % of cops online compared to population is still USUALLY the same as last month.

    I was on for the end of it when GLM and CTRG started fighting, and yes there were a lot of cops on for that and as you say in general the % is the same I think my point still stands.

    I am not trying to call you a liar here but personally as a cop the most I have seen online was 16 and that was for a few hours in the evening for EU and late afternoon for NA.

    My point is there are people complaining about not having majors to do, when there are probably 25 majors on anzus of which I listed all the majors that require 10 or less cops. Cops are getting tired of going to the same three majors over and over again and are losing drive to play. When cops log off civs cant do any crime so then they log off. 
    Yeah the cops might log back on later that day or the next day but when they have to deal with the same boring ass holds then they want to play less and less. 
    Of course things have to be fun for both sides but at the current moment for most people in PD going to majors is not fun or entertaining and is just something that takes 15-20 minutes where they will probably just have to push into some guy peaking a doorway that they just have to hope he doesn't aim at them.

    I really do not think this will kill the server anymore than having to respond to the same 3 majors already is killing cop population. 

    There is currently a system in place that lowers the cuts of majors each time they are hit in a restart. I am simply suggesting that the amount they are cut is increased to try and push people to do different majors.

    Major cuts already have increased by a minimum of 15%. (https://discord.com/channels/421117746743476244/551763227567063050/1233550736449605824) I agree with you in that decreasing payout for certain majors would be a good way to try and get people to hit other majors but it has pretty much already been done (the majors that were buffed are still hardly hit at all)

    The thing is I dont think it is fine as is because it is not enough to push people to try other majors

    Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: (try use an example of what has happened in-game) Currently PD has a preset addition freq that is never used. I am suggesting to remove the automatic additional freq being set

    Solution on how to make this work?: change TFAR settings 

    Pros & Cons?:
    Pros: whenever I hit T I dont talk on a random radio freq
    Cons: not a single one
