If Mr. Husky does not wish to take onboard this case, he should not have filed it.

The defence's objection is noted and overruled. The time difference between Mr. Husky and the other parties involved is radically different, making it harder to arrange a time. Furthermore, the prosecution of crime is a duty placed on the DA, not individual prosecutors; this renders change of prosecuting counsel entirely at the discretion of the DA's Office unless otherwise provided by law. 

I reiterate that this is only a request from the bench to allow for a smoother running of the trial.

@Loxxon Husky Would you remove yourself as prosecutor for the case and allow @Jack Chapman to take over? You don't have to but it would make things a lot easier and would be much obliged.

Would 20:00 EST on Friday, 19th work? GMT it would be 01:00 on Saturday, 20th.
