The State would like to take the time to voice it's request of Maximum Time on all counts if the defendant is found guilty. 

The reason being as this defendant, Mr Jackson, is a safety risk to all of the great citizens of The State Of California. With the search of the defendants criminal record, a violent past is found. 

Mr Jackson has been past convicted of the following crimes:

1x Second Degree Assault

15x Possession Of Class 3 Firearms 

21x Major Crime

3x Attempted Second Degree Murder

2x Evading Arrest

1x Armed Robbery 

1x Solicitation Of First Degree Murder 

1x Solicitation Of Kidnapping

As we can see based upon public records the defendant is a very violently natured individual and should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. The defendant, Mr Jackson, should be incarcerated indefinitely, if not possible then the maximum amount possible, as Mr Jackson has proven himself to be a threat to the safety and wellbeing to the citizens of California and the nations assets.
