Grounds for Appeal (Why should it be overturned): they had told FHP command that i tried to run away when that is not went down they asked me to pull over and i said i will go to main PD after that i went to main pd and was given the fine for comtep in court  then 2-3 days later i had got a dm from gen opps major saying i had been contrack term he told me that i had a crime on my record and i had to leave pd this was not fair as i was not given time to get clem from the gov or anything like that from this point i have now been given clem and feel my half a year to this pd has to worth something and i do believe if given time witch i was not i would of won my app for clem, and would of stayed in police.
