Grounds for Appeal (Why should it be overturned): I've had time to think about my actions and think that I am a changed man and ready to join the Texas Police Department. I've reformed myself into a better man and think that I am ready to serve the Texas Police Department. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience I have caused and hope that the high command of the Texan Police Department can accept my apology.

Please keep in mind that the TxDPS High Command will be aware of your prior blacklist, and that you have been given a second + final chance. 

If you get re-blacklisted doing what you did last time, it will be a while before another appeal will be considered from you.
