I havent gotten banned in over like 2 years, like 3 prob if you dont count my RFC which was debatable. I played 1 solid month of florida and 1 on kamdan. Ive put damn near 600 hours prob into texas now and i dont think ive been reported once. Only questionable situation was me killing tariq and corgi I think at conflict when it was concluded. So they couldnt f1 or keep kits. So I drove to rebel, bought cpr and revved them. Its fairly easy to not get banned.

But although I do not believe the statistic of 90+% of players have never recieved a ban, cause thats also counting 2 hour Tommy. and 80 hour Howard. Easily 70% of people that actually PLAY get a ban or a warning at some point. And you just live and learn. I promise at this point if you have over say 1k hours on the server. You literally have to intentionally and willingly break rules or blatantly be a shitter in support/completely refuse to drop the ego and comp/apologize to get points/a ban.

99% of all players have never received a ban Including 2 hour tommys) 90% of people with over 25 hours have not. Like you said, if people are not assholes/egotistical they will never get banned. If you do make a mistake, rectify it and you wont get reported. 

A lot of people in this community act like this is high school and cause drama when they get reported for breaking rules and act like they're the victim instead of just admitting their fault. Anonymous reports will never ever be removed for that reason.

This is an ARMA 3 server, not an elementary school. 

Major exploiting, easy report. Minimum 1 week ban if they kill people after doing it.

I want to change Gang Wars to Thursdays. It will allow us to show the server trailer then and release the updates on Friday so we have a full weekend of updates. Also it doesn't destroy peak time EU on Saturday nights. 

I feel like water combat is just ass, My solution is to give all of PD SDARs and flippers on their uniforms. Then we can give gangs wetsuits and everyone's happy.

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: The rule set is too much, too knit picked, etc.  We need to bring the rule set back to 4.0 or 3.0, with the obvious additions due to new content.  But it feels like EVERYTHING has a rule regarding it.  Rules need to be reduced by a lot imo, and everyone needs to be on the same page.  It feels people worry more about being reported/reporting others than just playing and enjoying their time like it was in 3.0 and 4.0.  People aren't learning from their mistakes as people are just bitching over every single knit picked rule. The reason for so many rules is people abuse grey areas. We cant trust a portion of the community with that kind of power because it ruins it for the majority. 3.0 wasn't very different, the reason 3.0 was so good is we could ban anyone we wanted if they caused issues meaning that most people stayed in line more because they didn't want to be banned which just meant the server had less reports/rulebreaks because people knew the consequences were harsh.

The biggest thing is finding people actually dedicated to a council. We've done it 4-5 times now and it has never worked.

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it.: Move the major buildings out of the major cities. The FPS is horrid for low end PC's and sometimes even for mid tier PC's. I am pushing majors at 15-28 FPS on 100 view distance.

Solution on how to make this work?: Move the majors around to a more suitable area with less objects so all players involved can have their FPS sit right and good.

Pros & Cons?: Everyone can push/defend on optimal FPS
