Not a +1 but an ilegal run should be added into the gun crafting run, to me doesn't make sense that ilegal guns can be fully crafted by just doing legal runs, needs to be some run within the gun crafting resources that require an ilegal run to be done.

ive been a cop for years on here and was always expected to be the bigger man as the power you hold is quite substantial to the reputation of the faction and the server as a whole.Its why this suggestion was made to reduce jail times so people aren’t wasting as much time when they get jailed making them wanna do more petty crimes giving officers something to do for the time being.
It just wouldn't make sense for the civs to get into a situation with the police and then be out doing the same thing again after 5 mins, if you aren't being a cunt and the cop is nice on you then there's no problem. TLDR most cops don't enjoy chasing after your scooters or dealing with you lot taking hostages at main pd 24/7 and that being the only situations that they get involved in at the moment .

Jail times are bad especially in alcatraz where you get to do nothing and thats where you go 90% of the time these days. I cba sitting in alcatraz for 25 min a time just because someone got mad over how he died.Not really powergaming and cba to get into an argument about CTRGs standard of rp lately, but yes if you piss a cop off he is more likely to hit you with a bigger charge rather then giving you a smaller charge. That's how the system is set up and why we can only charge you with one crime.

I’ve had a blast this taki both on civ and TSF/NATO, start having fun when you die and not complain. End of the day it’s a war zone and shit happens. I’ve started enjoying being blown up by mortars and car bombs and get a good laugh out of it. Me and @Harry Lennardied like 15 times yesterday to explosives and just laughed it off.

I’m 50/50 on this, as I do believe there are some rule breaks that can occur and without having video evidence to prove innocence you can get done for it. A classic example of this would be someone shooting through class, however on there pov they didn’t and it was just lag. I was reported months ago, the report happened over a week since the incident occurred and I was anomalously reported whilst the individual knew I went away on holiday, this gave me with no chance to defend myself or know that I was reported until I got back

After using the class 2s for a few hours, at the current prices it’s just not feesable to do major crimes. The risk vs reward is just not there for it to be worth it.

The suggestion I have presented does not kill combat; as I said class 2s should be available meaning you can do Cap Zones with other weapons. If everyone doesn't want to lose their class 3s at cap zones than most people will use class 2s...
I am all for a good mix of combat; but clearly we can't just have 5.5 or 3.0 of super easy to get class 3s where pretty much everyone has one and their is minimal consequence to use or lose one.This also creates a huge imbalance with civs vs cops, are cops going to have to carry a class 2 and 3 on them for situations / cops guns will be cheaper than civs allowing them to push civs with no gear fear.

You are going to not like this statement but most fights with military grade weapons at are not ArmA pvp run and gun; they take more time and involve more strategy; "gear fear" is good, it adds more value of life meaning you'll see people doing shit more realistic, taking their time and not zurg rushing like they don't give a shit. You don't see half the shit you see in anzus because people actual value their life in combat and try not to put themselves in positions that get them killed. If someone is worried to get killed cause of their gear they will be making more strategic manuavers.
Yes combat players won't like it because tbh they love the sprint around, lag rush and push methods. Combat will overall be more thought out; I know how horrible that you need to be smarter and more strategic in how you do your fighting.This combat promotes a dayz style of play which is not fun for anyone. Sitting and holding an angle for 30 mins is ridiculous and takes the enjoyment out of it for most people.

In the end of they day these are tools; expensive tools that aren't just thrown about in every scenario, in the system people will need to be more careful with their class 3 and will need to make decisions based on risk/reward with that gun. So I feel we will not see a whole load of full auto shoot outs all the time but more so thought out plans and crimes; this will make it so that class 3s are not a common casual thing but more so an "oh shit they have class 3s" kind of situation.Irl they ain’t having shootouts or cap zones every 30 mins

I’m all for increasing roleplay and having crafters, however it’s gonna be impossible for the crafters to keep up with the demand.
in 1 day I might go through 5-8 class 3s say 10 people are online in my gang that’s already gonna be 50+ class 3s, if you times that by however many gangs are online / how many people are gonna use class 3s, we are gonna be at least 150 class 3s needed a day.
Solution for this is have it similar to 5.5 where we can buy lower tier class 3s in rebel and then buy the higher tier class 3s from the crafters.
10-15k for a class 3 from rebel will be feesable and should be around 1 illegal run. This will also prevent people from just robbing everyone to acquire more class 3s.
Having the class 3s any higher than this and even at 15k is gonna stop people doing majors as it’s not worth risking the class 3 to only get enough money from the major to buy another class 3.

Don't mind if you just want to do steel runs, but crafting 5.56 rifles that used to be / will be the main seller on 6.5 should have some aspect of an ilegal run involved as there is no risk to the crafters at all throughout
