It is unfair and needs to be balanced or something or just don't allow arm peaks ezpz.

     

    I personally think option 2 will have a good impact on this said situation. Matching force with force is what officers are meant to do so why not match force, simple fix to the situation at hand. EZPZ everyone is happy and if civs still cry when officers are bringing the same force of 7.62's to the major and the civs lose or just complain maybe the civs are just cry baby bitches ezpz.

    Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: (try use an example of what has happened in-game) With all these complaints about the weapons and people constantly crying I have a solution. Add a section to when you trigger a major where you include the highest caliber weapon you have. If you stick to 5.56 I will make sure cops respond with 5.56, if you declare 7.62 its fair game. This benefits both sides. Cops won't be able to complain anymore against the guns civs have as iby declaring it it means that cops are able to respond accordingly and reasonably. If civs declare 5.56 then cops don't have to worry about OP guns anymore in the push, and instead the major outcome would be down to skill and how good one side is a holding and how good the other is at pushing. This further removes the cops from using these guns against civs, meaning they have nothing to complain about. If you lose 5.56 v 5.56 then that's a you issue. 

    I personally think this benefits both sides, it doesn't remove weapons from either side, and benefits both.

    Solution on how to make this work?: Either add it as a section on the major trigger panel OR make it a rule to send it in dispatch  so civs don't lose time by having to select or enter it in. Yes it's not the most realistic change but it's the best for everyone imo

  4. This post is pretty pathetic tbh. It's so crazy to me that we have a Semi Auto 7.62 and CTRG are already complaining, yet you use countless 7.62s, LMGs etc at majors and when cops complain about it you guys just say "We earned this, its a risk using it" "You guys have the numbers" "It's just a major, just push". 

    The AWM is no different to the FN-30, both have the same effect no matter where you hit someone, its just a new gun with new sounds. The Snipers we have are useful for two things only, sniping people who camp on the rooftops of major buildings and peaks. It's incredibly bias to complain about the snipers being used for both of these things. Take national bank for example. If you have 1 person on the rooftop of the office building and we have no sniper we are either going to have to climb up the ladder one by one, use a helicopter (which is extremely loud) or ignore them. If we ignore you and push the major it gives the person on the roof the option to shoot us in the back from the rooftop or flank down behind us during the push. 

    Use Casino for another example. Someone plays top roof. Without a sniper we are supposed to push the building and get ripped out from the rooftop uncontested, they then are either going to jump off the roof, even though its not allowed its done anyway and yet again come behind us OR have the option to shoot us in the back or top of the head while pushing. 

    The snipers are useless in pushes, they are bolt action and a waste of a person on the push. Let alone the fact that you are running at people holding head peaks the likelihood of you hitting the shot is low.

    Take this photo below. If we was to make a post complaining that you guys had access to this the conversation would be completely different. We have restrictions on the sniper rifles, and monitor it closely. This post is not a liable option its just a salty suggestion on the forums from a death or a major you lost. Civs win more majors now than they ever have and cops are severally outgunned and unequipped for majors. I am not sure why it has got to the point where civilians are able to have access to much better guns across the entire board while cops are left in the dirt but it's just the nature of the server right now. The 7.62 and .300 guns you are complaining about can be used by less than 50% of my department, meanwhile EVERY civ at a major has access to whatever gun they want.

    I am open to adding restrictions to guns like the AWM and 300. but you need to DM me with examples, clips of them being used and unfairly. Making a rank suggestions wont change anything. I can help the issue but instead of complaining in death chat, crying in general chat or making salty suggestions on the forums you need to DM me these issues. I spoke to you guys the other day at a NASA, you complained about the way the shield was being used, I listened, looked at the clip and 4 minutes later sent out an announcement preventing it from happening again. If you want to work with me you have to actually talk to me. But let me be clear, if you send me a clip of you dying to an AWM, and you are holding a G3 with 50 rounds, or a LMG then I'm just going to reply with a Gif.

    Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: Disable Majors until the server is fixed. Server cannot handle any majors, 2 people die and people start walking through walls desyncing etc. You guys did all this work on 6.5 to help fix the economy yet we are just giving away free majors every time because it cannot handle more than 8 people in one spot. Cops are not enjoying it, it's just flooding money into the eco, civs are already back to where they was before 6.5 with the guns.

    Currently majors are as follows:

    Push a corridor

    2 people die

    the rest stand still, lag, fall over

    some lag through walls

    then a civ ports round the corner and everyone is dead.

    Code 4, civs are $150k richer.

    Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: (try use an example of what has happened in-game) Add back the donator suggestion rooms, which were at the top of the teamspeak channel on 3.0. There are a large amount of people who have donated, or are currently donating. It would add a lot more traffic to the anzus ts and make it as active as it was on 3.0, which would most likely increase server traffic also. Plus it was a nice way to show appreciation to the people who have donated.

    Solution on how to make this work: Once donated, create a ticket in the discord and arrange a time/request for the channel to be created.

  8. This  is a really good suggestion actually. You could only wash it by using a sponge which you can only get from labs for example, or at modshop. 
     

    would definitely increase RP in traffic stops and would give officers on duty a sense of shock if fingerprints are found on a car which was involved in a shooting.

    big +1. I also think it should have no animation, as IRL you hardly ever notice it and cannot be seen to naked eye.

    Solution on how to make this work?: Not sure but some code shit.

    Pros & Cons?: Faster respawns means less waiting.

    Agree with this. The point looks too good to be in conflict. Should be made a port somewhere or like he said cartel boat dock.

    Screenshots/media: This video has better audio quality However, This map is MAJOR it is a huge Zone Meant to encourage CQC PVP and Fighting your way in to control the Flag on the point making it a monument to control / Capture / take over etc. Meteoroid Mountain Is meant to be a massive zone to control as it is hard to capture yet once you hold it you should have no difficulty fending off players trying to take it from you! The Controlling Side has the advantage in holding yet Players can push their way into the mountain and fight there entire way through to capture and control the Meteoroid Mountain!..     Ok dude this is really good. I know when to accept defeat and this by far should win. A lot of time and effort has gone into this and I think it looks amazing. 

    MY ONLY WORRY is the reception from people with potato's as their PCs and the negative they will give because they cannot run it. 

    It looks easy to camp once you own it but I honestly don't mind. The point is really interesting and would definitely be fun to push into. I already know that the most combat will be at the entrances though as so many people go to conflict now it will be constant slamming. 

    But regardless I think this is really nice....well done

    Details: The goal of this zone is to be something different than all other zones we are used to. Currently I believe like 3 or 4 of the zones are just woodpiles which is cool but boring when that's all you are fighting on is piles of wood. My goal was to make a map that everyone knows and holds dear to their heart. I attempted (Arma 3 assets allowing) to make a Arma 3 edition of Nuketown. This is ANZUSTOWN 2035. I have added a few of the same sightlines as the original Nuketown but changed up and added a lot more to work better with Arma combat. I have added many ways to peek over fences with objects that will be climbable. I have added stairs leading to the tops of the garages for additional sightlines for either oncoming cars or across the zone. This also adds the ability to parkour to different spots. Unlike in Nuketown the house in the back that is inaccessible now has a scaffolding leading to the top for a new angle over the zone. I have also added the addition of 3 ramps for different ways to slam (Because who doesn't love ramping their karuma off a ramp and flying into the zone) @Kaladin Sulzberger. Although it looks as if a lot of the zone is walled off with fences, each angle is accessible in some way whether that be by ramp, scaffold, vault, or an opening. So there is no opportunity to camp one single entrance.

     

    I think this would make a great addition to the conflict zone, however with this unique idea I think it would be an interesting addition or replacement for a capture zone as well. 

     

    OPEN TO FEEDBACK AND CRITICISM.

    Would be good. Id say replace wooden fences with the concrete ones. So they are bulletproof and cannot be destroyed as easy. 

    Id also say add a bit more cover so its not a farming field for people in the houses. 

    Other than that I like it a lot its unique

    Details: This has replaced the cap point on the top hill. Its a military base run down and abandoned. There are multiple entrances to counter the walls meaning no one can camp a single entrance. I have added in ramps on two side of the cap point to allow slamming in vehicle a lot more fun and there is a centre CQC part which is full of cover and the cap flag. It has holes in walls, crashed helicopters, bar gates, sandbags, detail in rubble and garbage on the floor. I have even considered all the combat andies and placed wooden walls to stop people climbing the ladder to the roof (this is not a complete counter as there is still one or two ways up there however its so open its not going to be that effective anyway) 

     

    I WOULD REALLY LIKE MY CREATION TO BE ADDED INTO THE SERVER SO IF YOU DON'T LIKE ANYTHING OR HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE MESSAGE ME ON DISCORD Lewis#2222 so I can fit it to your needs. 

     

    I also think this has the potential to be a capture point if it doesn't make it into conflict but I don't want to decide what it would replace so let me know if it would be a capture point on what point it should replace.
