Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: Because cops sit in the bearcat in fights outside of majors and its not fun.
Two options here
A) Make the bearcat slower and make it pennable after a few mags
B) Remove the bearcat, make a police vehicle similar to the ifrit since it carries less people, allow two to be pulled out for majors, and leave the glass as ifrit glass/karuma glass to be pen'd
Solution on how to make this work?: Dev work
Pros & Cons?:
Pros: People won't afk in the fucking vehicle during fights
Cons: None

-1, this went terribly. I don't think many civilians enjoyed it and I don't think many mafia players enjoyed it either (correct me if I'm wrong). This is already basically a thing where you make more money from RPing with people, people just don't do it because either A) they don't know about it or B) it's easier to just take the money as is.

You. Lose. Nothing. From. Conflict.
Either report it when someone is on a cannister because it's against the rules, or just not have it as a rule because you don't lose or gain anything from conflict and you are back at cap 20 seconds after dying. YOU LOSE NOTHING GUYS! JUST HAVE FUN! PLEASE! If you are that aggravated for how people play in something that is a completely optional event where you gain and lose nothing, stop going!

Seizing the gold is dumb, because then it will become "All 20 cops rush to the vault and sit inside of it" and you cannot fit 8 civs into spots to hold the money. For example, 15 cops push side vault on national and 7 get to the vault, then its 4-5 civilians pushing the 7 cops that are sitting holding a corridor in vault, it doesn't fix the problem, just moves it to the other group of players.

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?:
Rule 8.6 should include every SOLID object not just walls (This does not include gaps or clarified objects (glass at decagon) OR it should not be a rule as this is becoming too much of a grey area. If it's meant to be shot through it should either be done like the breakable glass on decagon, plywood, or open railings/etc. This is becoming more apparent with majors such as casino (shooting through the desk), Milship (Crates/upper windows where you hack), etc. Every weapon can shoot through these objects and they should just be made solid if they aren't meant to be shot through, or it should be apparent that you can shoot through them as they are placed for spots to hold in majors but they are basically useless because you can shoot right through them or the majors should be reworked because I'd rather not have a big ass cube that I can't hold b/c I will be shot through it in the way of me possibly having a different angle
Solution on how to make this work?: Just make the objects bulletproof if they aren't meant to be shot through and are placed as cover or rework majors so there aren't these gigantic objects that can be shot through by everything that just congest the major and aren't fun to play in

Pros: Easier for civs on certain majors, easier for cops on certain majors if majors are reworked, the objects make senseCons: If majors aren't reworked this could become harder for cops

we have made this thread 100x, and there is one up of a dev asking for opinions but no one is giving good suggestions

Money for winning gang
Free clothing items, car skin, gang weapon skin (Obviously these would be broken down based on amount of wins in a row, or over a period of time if they have the most, etc.)
Gang base they can spawn at that has reduced rebel shops or something
Special cosmetic item they can be whitelisted to until next gang wars
etc

-1 to the ideas but +1 to the point, every single server has jail there's no reason to make it so ppl don't go in. There has to be improvements though. make it so there are things to do in jail and we aren't in alc 24/7 afking for 20 mins.

i think fixing the major so people can play upstairs is a good step to get people to not do it

There is no alternative that doesn't include reworking the entire inside of the major which will take a long time and dev work, my suggestion is a temporary fix to allow the major to be done and used until a finalized solution is created with an inside rework.

It is not played whatsoever now, even cop mains who tried it on civ refuse to do it becomes it's so unbalanced now. This is a terrible take IMO. The major has been done twice since the start of 7.0, both times were cop wins. That should tell you something.

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: Radio frequencies shouldn't be reset after getting out of a heli. Why is this a thing and what does it do for anyone except makes us have to switch radio freqs mid major and stuff lol

Mint and national bank are the most broken majors ATM.
Super easy to win 80%
National Bank has a 52% win rate roughly, it's the most balanced major there is. You are just pulling things out of your ass. The major isn't done whatsoever, I'd rather a hard major to win on cop than no one using the model they spent hours deving or paid for because its too hard for civs.

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: Currently Embassy sucks for civilians. It is a very rough major currently and is almost never done. I suggest closing up the back door again on the third floor, or changing it someway to make it more balanced.

Please explain what the suggestion is about and why you're posting it?: People have just been sitting under the water a lot recently shooting cops that are outside the water with SDARS or just crouching under the water with normal guns and we are not able to shoot them whatsoever and half of the PD doesn't even have divers let alone wetsuits. It just makes it so we have to either A) stand around or B) just leave the situation.

Join if you want to make it active, but a good amount of people do not enjoy the DOJ system which is why you probably see low #s.

Well the idea was remove it and replace it with something like ifrit or karuma glass that is slower with less people to store in it.
Basically it was nerf it or change it to a different vehicle that is inherently nerfed either way
