I believe you have an option for class 2 majors with a middle pay amount.  It's not fair for majors to be done with class 2 with no rewards and such a harsh loss.

I think auctions that are more often and automated would help as they are good money sinks, plus it allows players to grind for something that is 1 of 1 or 1 of 5 or etc. and would actually be enjoyable to grind for as you would have for example a rare and faster car.

For cops, remove the beeping when an oil rig happens, or make it only for CG.  It's annoying.  We can see it like every other notification, we don't need to hear a loud beep every time.

I believe the bearcat should be changed so the glass breaks and can be penned after multiple mags to it.  I believe this should be the case as there is no way to remove cops from the bearcat if they so choose to sit inside of it.  They hold initiation inside of it, they can chase and follow if you try to leave, and there is no way to remove them from this vehicle.  You cannot pull them out, you can't pen it currently etc.  I believe it being completely not pennable isn't needed and is used in ways it shouldn't be.  (This does not include the medic one)

Solution on how to make this work?:

Change the glass on it

Pros & Cons?:

Pros:

It cannot be abused by sitting in it knowing it's not pennable

Makes it so the bearcat doesn't just perma follow externals or cars with no punishment

This part of the rule should not be a thing if it is negotiations. 8.10 - "...if a civilian is not 1km from the major crime when the major starts they can not join in..."

The reason I say this is because this changes nothing.  Negotiations are still happening, the major isn't "started" yet, there is no surprise to the cops how many people will be there due to the # still being there on the dispatch, I don't get why it's a thing?

Solution on how to make this work?: Clarify it to make this not a thing if it's negotiations.

Pros: It's a rule that makes no sense and has no impact.  There's no reason to complain about this being a thing when it's negotiations and no reason for people to get in trouble because of this.

i enjoy roaching.  its how i go positive, please don't add this back.

People will stop playing in an entirety.  This has been done before splitting gangs up, and people just stop playing because they can't play with their friends.  I'm sorry but -1 because it's shown to not work in the past.

I also think also what would help a lot is every week or so mod pack updates for textures (Uniforms, Gun Skins, Cars, etc.) and you don't even need to include anything else.  With workshop being a thing now, people can update very fast and it's almost not even a problem.  I don't see how we're still waiting for actual updates to give uniforms out.  Waiting for stuff sucks.
