Your punishment was increased after review from command, your punishment should never have been as little as a written warning.

As per the Progressive Disciplinary Measures Policy (PDMP), you should preferably be given the chance to defend yourself, however it is not required, the lack of the chance to defend yourself would benefit your appeal if you had any other grounds for this appeal such as exculpatory evidence that was ignored however there is no such evidence and no such argument being made, therefore lack of defense has made no difference on this matter.

You received notice of the punishment via the forums, prior to the punishment report being posted, this meets the criteria as layed out in the PDMP.

At this moment in time, this appeal is denied.

On the merits of this appeal, it should be denied, I can see in the video that you clearly executed and crash tackled two police officers whilst on duty with the police, however, I am willing to offer you a conditional unblacklist on the basis that you will be restricted from engaging in executions or blue on blue incidents.

During negotiations cops actively seek for externals, if the externals are not at the major crime when the major is hit there is no way for the police to seek them out or gather intel on external locations during negotiations. I understand your friends showing up late, but allowing this behaviour will let people sit outside the 1km until the moment is right and It's practically unenforceable when they are sitting just outside of the zone.

If you want to be at major crime, you have to be there when it's hit and you should be set up and prepared, major crimes are intended to be well thought out and whilst that has severely devolved in the years since major crimes have been implemented this would make it even worse.

The group hexes are a vanilla arma function and not very moddable, and it is not an option to join your gang group with CTRG group as it would have a plethora of unintended effects. We could look into an alternative form of group hexes but the performance impacts would probably not be worth it.
