I saw the video that led you to make this suggestion, and the man you punched was wearing full tactical gear with a helmet and the works. My point is, situations come with a variety of different factors and are often ambigious on a person to person basis, We can add server features like tying people up who are punched unconcious or other benefits to punching someone to the ground, but not a server rule.

Police have the ability to remove firearms licenses already, other than that the system is not black and white enough to have it be able to detect if you have been sentenced for a violent crime in the past 48 hours, I recommend bringing this up to police command so they can make policy changes to notify people when sentencing them and will remove the firearms license.

Was implemented before I even saw this, but we're still working on making it easier on the eyes and overall more visually pleasing in general.

I will do car boosting myself on civ to see what its like as I have personally not experienced it, then I will review this suggestion and have a look at what needs to be done. Car boosting is a cool feature and whilst it has been done a bit more this week, still very under-utilised.

This is absolutely on the list of things coming and is also a priority, we need more people on the streets to interact with and not couped up in warehouses and hideouts, and this seems like the best way to achieve that.

My personal stance on over-response aside, the punishment for doing stuff like this should be removal from position, demotions, strikes, etc, and we cannot have the staff team issuing these sort of 'in-character' punishments, when it comes to out of character enforcement, It's mainly SMT keeping police command on a tight leash that is the way to go.

Internal Affairs case load is extremely low ATM, nobody is reporting things, please report anything and everything that you see cops do wrong to Internal Affairs so that they can handle it.

I think you are mistaken, the system has not changed, qualified immunity protects government employees from liability in civil court, qualified immunity has no relevance to being indicted or criminal cases like the one that has been filed against yourself, there is no 'old system' to go back to as your suggestion is contrary to the law of the land
