You are not required to purchase donator to use personal/gang weapon skins that you buy seperately. If you have a personal/gang weapon that you'd like to be added to the "Weapon Wrap" system in rebel so you can easily switch the base class to the skinned variant, DM me on discord with the specifics and I can sort it out in no time for you

At the moment, The gang bank is not suppoed to be usable everywhere, the gang bank being only at rebel increases rebel traffic and player-interactions on the rebel road, It also restricts the gang bank from being used as an straight up alternative to a player bank which makes it easier to manage and administrate on our end. Just like how the company bank is only available in Miami.

This suggestion is approved, though I cannot give any timeframe for it's completion as we are low on model developers at the moment and the ones we do have are already busy.

Police must use reasonable force when dealing with the public, theft of a motor vehicle is not grounds to lose your life. Civilians also cannot steal police vehicles unless it is their only option to flee a scene, and they must get rid of the police vehicle as soon as they have the first safe chance to do so.

This is the final take, thread locked, make suggestions about individual majors not majors as a whole, but we won't add rules to address that as it is again unnatural and stale, the buildings need to change not the rule

A civ v civ major crime is a probablity, we have just added something close now for Mafia/SWAT/CTRG to fight with the aggressors, giving general patrol cops the ability to stay on the streets whilst letting combat groups fight over the major crime, If that goes well, we will consider a solely civilian major crime too

You are now able to find remote detonators in labs, mainly in the red room but also much rarer outside of it.Optical glass is also now more common in keycard rooms.

there was more of an issue with the usage of high tier weapons outside of majors or excessive inside and lewis already solved that instantly after being made aware so i dont understand why nobody seems to appreciate that ?

Give the FHP a bit more appreciation, they deserve their toys as much as we do -

We are still working on gun balancing and will make changes over the next few weeks based on the 6.6 economy changes. Doing this would just make major crimes even more stale, knowing the exact amount of people, the gang, first person, negotiations, etc, it lives no suspense or surprise to any of these situations and situations are already getting more and more stale and replayability falling apart because of how manufactured and unnatural these situations have became. We will look at this again down the line after we do more balancing.

We still have alot of work to do with fishing and alot of these are planned features, we just added Worms, Dough and Crab Meat as a valid bait, Crab Meat is the best, giving you a 100 percent catch rate.

These new drugs would be almost identical to weed and meth, but presumably worth more money, the people who do weed and meth would stop doing those and do this instead, simply inflating the economy. The Police are already too busy to intervene on weed, meth and cocaine, but regardless adding a fourth and fifth resource would be a waste of our efforts as it's not like more people would become drug runners, it would just replace the existing drug runners.
More drug fields are in other suggestions too, and we can look at buffing weed so that weed fields became a more commonality and restricting the area of growth so that it was more risky and suspensful defending a weed farm, but an extra resource won't change that.

This is accepted on a trial basis when added, lawyers in the past have proven untrustworthy and if the trust placed in lawyers to be able to spawn at DOC is abused then it will be removed.
